Accelerator went in the training area it wasn't a room it was too huge for a room it wasn't even the full facility it was a section of the facility. Accelerator went in and looked into a window in the training area the other side of the window some kind of room then he saw Worst. Worst then press something and spoke into a mic
Worst: (Mic) Heyyyy ok now use your black-tornado wings now and try to control it don't worry the glass in front of me won't break
Accelerator then nod Accelerator then focused on what triggered him to go insane in the sports festival
Accelerator: (Mind) Maybe negative emotions can activate my umm I should call it umm BL(Short for Black) tornado wings, for now, ok think of negative emotions
He then remembers the experiments and his mom then the BL tornado wings burst out of Accelerator back and his eyes turn into red and his pupils green

Accelerator was struggling to control it was hitting the walls the ceiling everything. This was going on for 2 hours in those 2 hours he got control over the BL tornado wings 3 times for at least 2 to 5 minutes before going out of control.
Control Room
Worst was overwhelmed even if she was just watching from the control room she wanted to feel what it was like to fight Accelerator at his full power. This was the moment when she started to develop feelings but it wasn't big it was little but the feeling will get bigger over time
