Colleen POV

This has to be the longest flight ever for both of us. When you know a family member is so sick you just want to get there asap. I look over at Josh and his face is a mess from crying the entire two flights. I tell him not to worry until we see what the doctors have told us. We obviously haven't got an update since we don't have wifi on the plane. "Josh we only have 2 more hours and we will be there" I say to him rubbing his back. "I know babe" he says "I just want to get there" he adds. I hold his hand and spin his wedding band on his finger. "I love you baby" I say to him and kiss him on his lips. His kiss back is so emotional. We sit there snuggling til we arrive. We basically run off the plane and grab our bags and jump in a rental car. My phone starts going off when I am buckling in. Josh is in the drivers seat. I look down at the text. Its from Jeremy. Erin is awake. "Josh, Erin is awake here and there!" I say to him. His face lights up a little and lets him breathe. We drive to the hospital and find Joshs parents in the lobby waiting for us. Josh and his mom hug for 5 minutes and Josh breaks down. He is sobbing and so is she. I love this family as much as my own as they love each other so much. They walk us up to the room and we walk in quietly. Erin looks terrible. I squeeze Joshs hand and I feel him shake. We walk up to the bedside and Chris hugs us. He looks like he has been to hell and back worrying about his wife. Josh walks over to Erin "Erin I am here now. Colleen and I are both here sis. We love you. Please wake up for us" Josh asks. Erin doesn't move. The machines are the only noise we here.

Josh POV

I am holding my babys sisters hand. She isn't moving an inch. I want to hug her and tell her I love her. I hope she can hear me. I sit down and kiss her hand and tell her all of our followers are asking about her and send their love. Every one loves her accent. I smile to myself. Colleen is sitting on my lap hugging me. We sit there for 15 minutes and walk out to the hallway to talk. "I found her on the bedroom floor, still breathing but passed out cold" Chris tells us with tears running down his face. "All I could think of was I am loosing my wife, my best friend and we haven't had kids yet" he says as he trails off. I hug him and start crying. "The doctors think she must of just dropped. Aneurysms happen so fast but the meds they are giving her are trying to break down the clot so hopefully I got her here in time to minimize damage done to her" he looks down. "I need to go back in case she wakes up" he says and I nod. My mom and dad are heading back to a local hotel for a quick nap and change of clothes and ask us to follow them to do the same. We are both exhausted. Colleen and I get in the car and follow them. We check in and get into our room. I start crying while holding Colleen laying on the bed. "What if she doesn't make it. She is my only sister Colleen" I say. "We have to be positive Josh " she says as she comforts me."All I could think about was you in the hospital 3 years ago and how I thought I was going to loose you when I saw Chris tonight. It all came back to me and it was terrible" I turn away from her and bury my face in a pillow. I feel sick. I run to the washroom and start vomiting and Colleen is crying as she follows me. "Please baby you are literally making yourself sick and scaring me. Lets go get some sleep Josh" she says. She helps me up off the bathroom floor and we both climb into bed. I fall asleep in Colleens arms. It was what I needed.
