JOsh POV

Colleen poured herself into her work for her Tv show from home. The production company understood. Especially after hearing what happened to her. Colleen also ordered an alarm system on the house and put up fencing and gates. I didn't mind but it worried me she was overthinking things. I worried she was consumed with it. I hear the phone ring in her office and I hear something smash into the wall. I run and find her behind her desk crying. "Josh they let him out!" she says. "The police let him go" she adds. I am in shock. "What?WHy?" I ask hugging her. She starts sobbing "they said he is to appear in court in one month". "Don't worry babe he is in New York" I say rubbing her back. "He is gonna come find me Josh" she says almost yelling. "He won't babe....I am here" I add. She sinks to the floor as I hold her. I am hugging her so tight and my strong Colleen is totally crumbling. I pick her up and bring her upstairs. I don't want the kids to hear her crying. "Babe why don't you go into a bath to calm down. We can go out for dinner tonight babe just you and me" I say "Would you like that?" I ask. She nods. I try to lift her top off to get into the tub and she freaks out. Backing away from me. She is terrified. "Babe" I say " whats wrong?" I ask. "Its me. We haven't touched for weeks since THAT day. I miss you babe" I say crying now. "I can't Josh" she says and turns away.

Colleen POV

I am breaking his heart. I can see it in his eyes. I am not ready for initmacy. I can't have anyone touching me. I feel like I am loosing my mind. I take off my clothes and jump into the tub. Maybe after the bath I will calm down. Josh is still standing there. He walks over to me and grabs my hand. "I am so sorry Colleen that he has done this to you. Maybe you need to talk to a therapist to walk you through these feelings? "he suggests. I nod. "I think I do Josh" I say. I grab his hand and make him sit beside the tub. "I can't be alone" I say quietly. "You won't be until he is behind bars again for good" he says. I go and grab a towel and hug Colleen with it as she steps out of the tub. I hug her tight. "I love you Josh" I say and rub his back and he hugs me tighter and repeats the same back to me.
