** This chapter is a little bit shorter than I usually write them, but I fit in everything that I wanted to fit in. There are about 6 chapters left. Now if you'll excuse me, I've gotta watch the Browns hopefully secure a playoff spot, and then watch the Packers game. Love you all!

"When is your due date, again?" Jessica asked suddenly. We were getting towards the end of a therapy session, and I hadn't said much for a few minutes. Jessica usually tried to pick something for us to talk about once I had finished speaking about everything I wanted to cover.

I rubbed my belly softly and smiled at her. "September 28th. I have an appointment after this and we should find out the sex."

"How is this pregnancy going for you? During the last one, you said a few times that you would never be pregnant again." She gave me a secret smile.

"So far, it's been a lot easier. I was so sick all the time with Levi, and this one I've just been coasting, ya know? I'm kind of just waiting for the other shoe to drop, but I feel like I'll be okay if it does. Nothing can be worse than how bad I felt with Levi."

"That's good. How is Sutton doing with it all?"

I beamed at her. "Well, he got a lot of practice with Levi, so he's ready, but I think he is more excited about this baby, which makes sense because it's a little piece of him. He hasn't said anything like that, but I feel like it's gotta be different for him."

"Have you told your families yet?"

I shook my head. "No, we wanted to wait for a bit. I think we're going to tell them after the appointment today. One secret pregnancy was enough for me."

"Is Levi aware? He's almost 2 and a half now, right?"

I nodded. "Two years, four months. We haven't told him in case he accidentally blabbed to one of our moms or anyone. Little dude loves to talk."

Jessica giggled. "Kids are fun. What about Louis?"

"Well, he sees me pretty frequently, and I started showing a lot faster with this pregnancy, so he kind of caught on. He asked me one day if I'd been eating big lunches or if I had something to tell him," I laughed. "He seems excited for us."

"That's good! Were you worried at all that he would be upset?"

I shook my head. "No, Lou and I have been so open about everything in our lives since we had Levi. If it directly concerns Levi, we usually discuss it in detail, but I had told him when Sutton and I were going to try and conceive, so he knew it would be coming."

"Good, good. That's time, so I'll go ahead and schedule your next appointment for a month from now, but if anything comes up, give me a call and we can squeeze you in or even do a phone session."

"Thanks, Jessica."

Sutton picked my hand up and kissed the back of it. "Are you excited to see Dr. Flores?" We were in the waiting room, which was nearly empty aside from us and an older woman.

I shot him a look and pouted. "No. Last time she said I'm fat."

Sutton chuckled. "That's not what she said, Nat."

"Close enough."

"Telling you that you don't need to indulge every craving isn't calling you fat." I had put on more weight more quickly with this baby, and Dr. Flores wanted me to keep an eye on my weight gain and sugar intake.

I shrugged. "Listen, the baby wants sweets. I have to appease the small bean."

He laughed and patted my thigh. "I love you."
