"Happy Valentine's Day!" I cheered as Sutton shuffled sleepily into the kitchen. Levi laughed and clapped from his high chair. I smiled as Sutton kissed Levi's forehead before coming to press a gentle kiss to my lips. "Good morning, Goose."

"Good morning, beautiful. I thought we weren't Valentines-ing this year?"

I shrugged. "We're not, but I'm still wishing you a happy day," I stuck my tongue out.

"What's for breakfast?"

"French toast, scrambled eggs, and fruit, hence Levi being covered in blackberry juice, so Mommy has to give him a bath before his dad gets here," I kept my voice high and light.

"I dunno, Leve, it's a good look."

Levi giggled and held a piece of fruit to Sutton. "Goo!"

Sutton faked a gasp. "For me?"

Levi nodded. "Goo!" Sutton leaned in and opened his mouth to let Levi feed him the berry.

"I'll have plates for us all in a minute."

"Thanks babe," Garrett said as he walked into the kitchen, making a beeline for the coffee pot. "Want some coffee, Sut?"

"Yes, please." Sutton had been living with us for six months now, and things had been going well. He stepped in immediately to help with household chores and with Levi, and Louis had grown more comfortable with Sutton being around. Work-wise, Garrett had followed through and was now taking courses to be a peer-to-peer substance abuse counselor, as well as continuing to do studio sessions. I had taken on a few modelling jobs and had started vlogging a few times a week, but I was most focused on being a mom. Sutton had been working on songwriting, both for Devoted and for other artists. "You okay babe?" Sutton asked suddenly.

I nodded and finished getting Levi's plate together. "Yeah, I was just thinking." I gave Levi his plate and he signed 'thank you' to me. "You're welcome, bear." I ruffled his hair and kissed his forehead.

"What about?"

I started prepping plates for Garrett, Sutton, and I as I smiled at Sutton. "Just how happy I am. I'm just, very pleased, with everything right now. It's nice."

Sutton beamed at me. "I love you so much."

I winked at him. "I love you so much."

"I'm gonna throw up," Garrett muttered.

I handed a plate to Garrett. "Sorry Gare." I set Sutton's plate down in front of him and took the seat next to him. "What's on your agenda today?"

Garrett finished the bite of French toast he was chewing before speaking. "Short session with Feldy, and then a meeting with a few of the guys that wanted one today. Might see Dillon later if he's free by then." Garrett had been seeing a guy named Dillon for the past couple of months, but was always scarce with the details.

I raised an eyebrow. "A V-Day date? Are you guys getting serious?"

"Not gonna talk about it. Refuse to jinx it."

"You're no fun," I pouted before turning my attention to Levi, who was babbling away to Sutton. Sutton was talking back to him with enthusiasm. I looked back to Garrett. "How in the fuck did I get so lucky?"

Sutton grinned over at me. "You're just lucky your kid is cool."

I narrowed my eyes and threw a blackberry at him. "Don't be a dick or we won't make that video later."

Garrett cleared his throat. "Now I'm intrigued. Do you need me to hold the camera?"

I rolled my eyes with a smile. "Not that kind of video. We're doing another cover."
