"Natalie, wake up, babe," a soft voice spoke as I felt a hand rubbing my back. "Natalie Reed, wakey wakey."
I groaned and turned onto my side, hugging a pillow over my ears.
"Natalie Eleanor Reed." The pillow was moved off one of my ears and I felt lips brush my cheek. "Wake up, beautiful."
I cracked open an eye, smiling widely as I realized I was looking into Sutton's deep brown eyes. I sat up quickly. "Goose! You're home?!"
"I am. Surprise." He kissed my forehead. "It was so hard telling you the wrong date this whole time."
I smiled and pulled him into a hug. "I've been counting the days. Three less is such a beautiful thing." I pressed several short kisses to his lips. "Wait. How did you get in? What time is it?"
"Garrett let me in. It's a little after 7 AM."
I made a face and scooted over, patting the space next to me. "Get in here and let's sleep a few more hours, okay?"
"I almost did without waking you up, but I didn't wanna scare you." Sutton climbed into my bed and pulled me against his chest. "I missed you, Nat."
"I missed you too." I kissed his tattooed chest, right over his heart. "I love you."
"I love you. Is Levi with Louis?"
I nodded. "Til Sunday. He picked him up last night."
He made a pouty face. "I missed him too."
I grinned and hugged Sutton tightly.

I woke up before Sutton did, so I laid on my side for a bit, just taking in the sight of him sleeping peacefully, a small smile on his lips. I would never be able to believe how lucky I had gotten when Sutton fell in love with me. Now that tour was done, he would be moving in and living with me, as long as he didn't get sick of me. My mom thought it was too soon in our relationship for us to be living together, but it felt right to me. When we met, we lived on a bus together (with our bands), and then once Devoted moved to LA, he spent most of his time at the house anyway, even after Levi was born. Now that it was the middle of August, we had been dating for nine months, and I was serious about Sutton, so it made sense to me, and to him, for him to move in.
"I can hear you thinking, babe," Sutton murmured, peeking at me with one eye. "Everything okay?"
I nodded. "Just thinking about you moving in. I'm excited."
He grinned. "Me too. It should only take one or two trips to get everything here with Garrett and Ellis helping."
"No cold feet?"
"None at all, see?" He shifted his leg and pressed one of his feet against my leg, making us both laugh. "You can't get rid of me that easily," he stated simply as he linked our fingers.
"Good."
"I got you something."
I raised an eyebrow. "It better not have been expensive."
Sutton shrugged and mimed zipping his lips before sitting up to grab something off the floor. I tried not to stare as the blanket fell, revealing his toned torso, but I failed, and Sutton winked as he caught me ogling him. I grinned sheepishly as I took the small black gift bag from him. "I, uh, thought of you when I saw it, and since I wasn't here on your birthday, I wanted to get it for you, uh, cuz I love you, you know?"
"You're sweet." I giggled softly when I saw the crudely drawn goose on the tag. I reached into the bag and pulled out a rectangular box wrapped in sparkly black wrapping paper. I looked over at Goose, who was watching me intently, biting his lip. I placed my hand on his. "Babe, why are you so nervous?"
