Heartbreaker (Calum and Michael)

Chapter 2

(Calum's P.O.V)

As soon as I saw Jess walking through those doors I smiled like I always do when I'm around her. I've like her sense I met so I did what anybody would do I became her friend and we've known each other for so long so it's starting to be harder to hide how I feel for her. She noticed me to and smiled that big smile which is one of the billions of things I like about her. "Hey" I said
"Hi" she replied. "How are you?" I asked."Terrible" she said.When I heard that I was sad cause I didn't know why she was upset and I know everything about her. "Why?"I asked concerned. "It's school what do you expect" she said laughing and I laughed cause she likes trying to be funny which is cute. I put my arm around her and she spots her friends and we walk over to them.
I wasn't really paying attention to what they where talking about but,then I saw Mikey walking through the doors and waved him over. Then I noticed that she was looking at Mikey to but she was just a little confused on who he was."Hey Mikey" I said. " Hey Calum. Who's this?" He looked at Jess like he would look at someone he thought was cute. "Hi I'm Jessica" she replied in her little confident attitude." Hey I'm Michael you can call me Mikey."He said just before smiling at her. He did something to make her smile but I couldn't see what. So then Kayleigh and Melissa left running to homeroom just leaving the four of us.
Then the girls looked at each other and started running. Without knowing it at first Mikey and I where running after them trying to catch up. We finally caught them when we got to homeroom."You guys are mean" Mikey and I say. "We know" her and Celia say at the same time. Then we sat down and I wasn't really paying attention to the teacher so I was just playing with Jess's hair.
The teacher stopped talking then we all started again. Then the bell rung and I gave Jess a hug and I was gonna tell her to meet me at the rink because I know that's her favorite place in the world but, I chickened out so I just hugged her and said meet you at lunch. I just stood there watching her walk away until I couldn't see her anymore. I really want to have one class with her this year. It didn't happen Freshmen year so I was hoping Sophomore year would bring me more luck.
I turned and walked to class with a big smile on my face. Someone stopped me and I looked at them confused for a second then they spoke" Hi my names Ashley be sure to get your dance tickets soon!!" She exclaimed a little to happy. I had to run other wise I would be late for the first class of the year. As I was running I had to think how I was gonna ask her to the dance I spent all of science thinking about it.
