(Calum's P.O.V)
I woke up with Jess still holding onto my arm with it wrapped around her face but I never noticed how her eyes flutter when she's asleep.Just another cute thing about her.I'm hoping she can come to band practice with me today.We have been practicing this new song called wherever you are and I really want her opinion on it.She always hears our songs before our fans.We are trying to make a CD to sell.One of her favorite songs from us is called Try Hard and she literally sings along with it when she hears it so I get out of bed and put on my band clothes which is vans,black skinny jeans,and a band tee.
Which exposes a few of my tattoos including the matching ones me and Jess have its a little one its a star with her initials and she has the same one with mine.So I was getting ready and I heard her phone buzzing so I went over and checked it and of course Brooks was calling her so I just put her phone on do not disturb and let continue to sleep.Once it was around 10 I threw a pillow at knowing she would wake up."Let me sleep"she said wimply throwing the pillow back at me and turning on her stomach."Jess get up do you want to come to band practice today?"I said throwing another pillow at her."Fine i'll go"she said getting out of bed."Thats the girl I know"I said walking down stairs."Yo what do you want for breakfast."I yelled from the kitchen."Can we go to dunks?"She yelled."Yeah sure just hurry up"I yelled back."Shut up I know!"She said yelling down the stairs.Then like 5 minutes later she came down the stairs looking like a normal girl you would see in America during the summer.So we got in the car and drove to dunks and got our food and made our way to Ashs house.
"Hey" she said walking over to Mikey."Hey cutes I didn't know you where gonna be here"He said giving her a little kiss on the cheek."Well I haven't been to a practice in a while so I wanted to come"She said."Hey Jess it's been a while" Ashton said walking up to her giving her a high five."Hey ash it has been a while"She said looking at him,"But I think your hair is longer than mine"she said laughing."Wheres luke?"I said."Um He's gonna be a little late today"Mikey replied."You guys should start I haven't heard you sing in a long time" she said walking over to Ashs back up stool and pulling it away from Ashs drum set and put it near the fence and watched us.We started singing wherever you are and I saw a tear roll down her face but she quickly wiped it away and smiled so she was crying tears of joy. Then when we finished he first thing she says is"Ash you worked the curly hair flips"and we where all just laughing."So what did you think about it?"We asked."I loved it,It was amazing!"she said then her phone buzzed."Sorry guys I gotta get going I have practice"she said.Then I see Kayleigh pull up,"JESS HURRY UP WE'RE GONNA BE LATE AND WE WILL HAVE TO RUN LAPS!"And with that Jess was jumping in the car and leaving."Yo Cal why did you actually bring her here?" Ashton asked keeping his voice down so Mikey couldn't hear him."Cause I wanted to play her favorite song but she left to early"I said replying quietly."Mikey what you are getting Jess for her birthday"I asked him putting my guitar on the stand."Im not really sure yet I'm still thinking about it."Well might want to hurry up because she's turning 18 and she's gonna have the best party ever."I said."I know I know but this gift needs to be perfect"He said."Do you know where Brooks is because he was calling and texting jess a lot this morning."I said."No I don't know but let's head down to the field to make sure he's not there."Mikey said grabbing his keys."Okay let's go"I said.When we got to the field I saw something I wish I never saw.
