"Your name will be Kasim"

"Your name will be Kasim"

"Your name will be Kasim"

I grinned as my brother handed me, my son, again after naming him. With the help of many maids and aghas, I was moved to my palace with my newborn son.

I looked at Ibrahim who grinned at me happily from his place behind my brother. I swayed Kasim slightly as he started to fuss and whine.

"May Allah grants your son a long life," Mahidevran said happily grinning at me.

"Thank you," I said back dryly. That woman was desperate to get on my brother's good side and that disgusted me.

"We will let you rest now," my Valide said smiling at me. I nodded as they all left the room one after the other.

"I will escort them, I'll be back soon" Ibrahim informed me. I nodded and watched him as he left the room.

"Give the Sultanzade, sultanim, I'll take him to his room," one of the maids said stepping closer to me. I smiled and handed her Kasim to put to bed.

"Excuse me" she bowed and left the room with a smile. I leaned back against the headboard and waited for Ibrahim to return.

"My beautiful Sultana" I grinned as Ibrahim walked into the room and sat down beside me on the bed.

"How are you feeling?" He asked me softly. He took my hand into his and kissed the back of it lovingly.

"I'm fine. A couple of days and I'll be running around again" I answered making him chuckle. Someone knocked on the door interrupting our moment.

"Come in" I called. Ibrahim turned and watched as Rana walked in and bowed to the both of us.

"What's the matter Hatun?" Ibrahim asked. He was still holding my hand into his, his thumb was drawing circles at the back of it.

"I came to take Sultanzade Kasim to put him to bed" she answered back.

"What do you mean Rana? One of the maids already took him to bed" I pulled my hand from Ibrahim and sat up on the bed feeling pain shoot through my whole body but ignored it.

"What are you talking about Sultanim? Nobody came with the Sultanzade and we didn't send anyone" Rana said confused. I felt my heart clench at her words.

"What? Where's my son, Rana?" I asked starting to feel panicked. Ibrahim stood up and ran out of the room to search for the maid and our son.

"Get me my clothes" I ordered pushing the covers off of me and got out of bed ignoring the soreness between my legs.

"But Sultanim, you must rest," Rana said panicked running over to push me to sit down but I pushed her away from me.

"I wasn't asking Rana! Get Me My Clothes" I yelled. She trembled under my hard gaze. She ran out of the room to do just so.

After changing my clothes at almost light speed I ran out of my room and down to the main room. There were guards all over the room who bowed when I stepped inside.

"HOW CAN A WOMAN LEAVE THE PALACE WITH MY CHILD AND NONE OF YOU NOTICED ANYTHING " Ibrahim yelled at them pushing one of them whom I assume to be the head guard.

"What do you mean she left the palace?" I asked in shock walking over to Ibrahim. I turned to glare at one of the guards who looked down ashamed.

"Rana Hatun, take the sultana to rest" Ibrahim ordered placing his arm around me.

"I want to stay and know what happens, it's my son too Ibrahim" I turned to look at him. He patted my back reassuringly.

"I will find him and bring him home" he promised. Rana wrapped her arm around me and helped me walk out of the main room and up to my room. I was fighting hard to keep my tears at bay and I was starting to fail.
