More then a best friend

Part 1

A rainy, dull Saturday morning was about to become a life changing moment for Marie, but she did not know what exactly was going to happen. She is going to be heading over to her best friend's Danielle house and spend time with her because Danielle is that best friend that is the other half of her. They only been best friends for at least eight months now and Marie already felt like she knew Danielle her entire life. So, when Marie was coming down the stairs to get her some breakfast. She told her parents (who absolutely loved Danielle) that she was going to go hang out with her today and possibly spend the night. Her parents knew how close they were and they loved Danielle like another daughter, so it was completely fine with them. Marie was waiting for Danielle to text her saying when she can come over when Marie's ex boyfriend Edward pulled up in the driveway and Marie was about to pretend she was not there because she really loved him and he broke up with her like a month ago, so you can say she was not quite over him quite, but sadly she thought she will never get over him.

Till tonight...

So, has Marie and Edward was sitting in his truck just talking like old friends. She was putting off wantimg to leave the whole time. Danielle texted her saying, "Hey, you can come over now, or anytime. :)" She told Edward that she had to go and get her stuff ready when he pulled her back and kissed her. Marie just looked at him and ran back inside when she heard him leave. She got her stuff, told her parents she loved them and see them tomorrow. Marie hurried out the door threw her things in the back of her car and just drove and crying more then ever. She was thinking to herself why in the hell would he just do that? Is he trying to play with my feelinga or what?
