Danielle came back to the apartment around 6:00 in the morning and Marie was still sound asleep. So, Danielle decided since she probably couldn't go back to sleep that she will go ahead and cook up some breakfest before Marie's class at 8. Cooking really helps ease Danielle's mind just as much as Marie does.

Danielle got breakfest ready in about thirty minutes right before Marie woke up. "Good morning honey, how long have you been up?" Marie said, sleepily. "I got up just a little after midnight and just couldn't go back to sleep." Danielle said, debating rather she should tell Marie about who called her because she knows Marie has never been his biggest fan when it comes to her. "Honey?" Danielle said, heading her a plate and a glass of sweet tea. "Yes babe." Marie said, sitting on the couch with her food. "I took a drive last night... and well, he called me..." Danielle said, looking for some type of response. Marie stared down at her plate and just started shaking. "Babe, calm down please. He was telling me all this crap about how things were left unsaid, how he has changed and wonder if we could talk later today when he got off work." Danielle said holding Marie's hands. "Are you going?" Marie said, tears forming. "I told him fine." Marie just stared down at her food. "Baby girl, nothing is going to happen I promise. He doesn't mean anything to me anymore, not like that anyway. I love you Marie Greene Claiborne." Marie stared at Danielle and said, "you just put your last name with mine?" "Yeah I did because you are a Claiborne, honey." Marie just grinned the biggest grin she could ever make. "Okay sweetheart. I love you more then anything in this world." Danielle and Marie just grab each other close and start making out without either one of them coming up for air.
