Marie gets woken up by a loud thump at 4:00 in the morning. "Hey sweetheart I didn't mean to wake you." Danielle said changing into sweatpants and a t-shirt. "Are you okay? Did everything go okay? You were gone for a long time. I was getting worried and Edward was here around midnight in the parking lot." Danielle takes Marie's hands and says "Calm down." Marie just stared at her with a blank expression. "What y'all talk about?" "he told me he made a huge mistake with breaking up with me." Danielle said trying to read Marie's mind. "Do you believe it?" Marie said, choking up. "Honestly, I don't know to tell you the truth." Danielle just laid down in bed staring at the ceiling. Marie lays beside her, wraps her arms around her and kisses her forehead. "Let's go to sleep my darling Danielle." Marie kissed her lips and watched Danielle slowly drift off to sleep.
