"What are you doing here?" Paris asked in shock as she looked at her ex-girlfriend in front of her.
"I've been trying to find you for more than a year Paris." Riley said.
"I know you have I'm not stupid so how did you find me and why are you here." She pressed for answers to her ex.
"Can we go inside and talk please?"
Paris scoffed and shook her head.
She couldn't believe Riley would still be so hung up on them to come over all the way from Los Angeles to Scotland.
"You and I have nothing to talk about, I think last time we saw each other I made it clear that you and I were over."
Riley walked closer to her, now standing just a step away from her, "Please Paris," she begged.
All it took was for Paris to look at those big dark brown eyes and she was a goner, even after being broken up for more than a year she still couldn't get herself to say no to Riley because when she looked into those eyes - at her, she only remembered all the love she felt for her for those six years they spent together.
"Fine," Paris relented and looked at her house. "Follow me."
Riley didn't waste any time as she followed behind Paris into the house like a lost puppy.
"Paris?" She heard Alessia call from upstairs, "I'm starving and tired I'm going to order piz-" the other girl cut herself off when she saw her friend accompanied by a tan brunette.
"Alessia," Paris said awkwardly, she had totally forgotten she was here for a second.
The Scottish girl frowned as she walked the rest of the stairs until she was in front of her friend and the glaring brunette behind her. "Oh, hi," she mustered the best smile she could and extended her hand towards the stranger.
"Hey," Riley said warily as she shook her hand. She couldn't tell if this girl was her competition or not yet.
Paris looked between the two before stepping in to introduce them, "Uh Alessia this is... Riley, Riley this is Alessia."
Realization crossed the Scots face and everyone noticed, especially Riley who took that as proof that her ex has spoken about her.
"Al can we talk for a second?" Paris asked and the blonde nodded and followed her to the kitchen.
When they were far in the kitchen Alessia spoke, "Is that the Riley as in your ex?" She asked with shock evident in her tone.
"Unfortunately yes," Paris responded blankly.
It was obvious to Alessia that the french girl didn't know of her ex's arrival before hand or was either looking forward to speak to her.
"What are you going to do?"
Paris sighed and put her arms over the kitchen counter and hid her face in her hands. She was way too tired to be doing this with Riley right now, her fight with her family earlier today had drained her. "I don't know, talk to her what else am I supposed to do when she appears on my front door out of nowhere."
Alessia walked to her and put her hands on her shoulders and turned her face towards hers, "If you don't feel good enough to do talk to her right now then you don't have to. I know that the fight with your dad took a toll on you."
"No, I'll talk to Riley I want to get this over with."
Alessia nodded despite not liking the idea as she knew her friend currently wasn't in the best conditions for another emotional confrontation, "I'll leave you two alone to talk then."
