Y/N Pov

The bullheads started their landing procedures, which took a while. After the ramp opened, the first student off our bullhead was the blonde boy that threw all his breakfast, and his last night's dinner. The three of us walked off the bullhead and got our first experienced of being at Beacon. I was amazed at the sheer size of the academy; no wonder thousands of students want to come here. 

Ruby: Y/N! Yang! Look the guy has a collapsible staff! Ooh, and that girl has a fire sword!!

I turned over to Yang and Ruby, where Ruby was more than ecstatic to see all these new weapons. The amount of joy coming off of Ruby was too much, but Yang quickly brought her back to reality.

Ruby: ow,ow,ow...

Yang: Relax little sis their just weapons.

Ruby: JUST WEAPONS?! Their extensions our ourselves, their like meeting new people. but better...

Y/n: Yeesh, talk about anti-social.

Yang: Y/n! But...he's right Ruby, your gonna need more than just us 2.

Ruby: W-what? Why can't I just stay with you 2?

Yang: Well, my friends our here, so bye! I'll see you soon!

Yang just zipped off, which completely stumped Ruby. I, on the other called out to Yang.

Y/N: Hey! Those are your fake friends! I have never seen you hang out with them in my life! 

Ruby: Really? You've never seen those friends? 

Y/n: Never, the only times she talks about them is when she heads to Jun-I mean when she needs money.

Ruby: Huh, never knew that.

We both started walking toward Beacon's entrance, while walking, we continued talking about this new experience. 

Ruby: Hey, Y/n, what do you thinks going happen at the orientation?

Y/n: Aside from telling us how Beacon works, maybe how we need to prepare for the exam?

Ruby quickly turned her head to face me. panic in her eyes.

Ruby: E-exam? What exam do we need to do?!

Y/n: Relax Ruby, it's probably an exam to test our abilities. Did you think it'll be on paper?

Ruby: Yes, who says exam and then say it'll be physical? 

Y/n: A lot of people Ruby, a lot.

???: Hey, look where you're going!

Ruby and I suddenly stopped as a girl in white walked by with many bags carried by butlers. Great, we have an entitled girl here.

Y/n: Uh we are sorry about that...uh.

???: My name is Weiss Schnee! 

Y/n: Weiss, we are sorry about that, right Ruby? Ruby?

I searched for Ruby, but she was zoning on out, which caused her to walk forward without a care, which lead to her knocking down Weiss' bags.

Weiss: HEY, what are you doing?!

Ruby finally snapped back to reality and shook her head. Only then did she realize what she did.

Y/n: What the hell Ruby?
