Thousands of years later... The Great War

The war has turned for the worst for the Mantle/Mistral side. For the first couple years, Vale was constantly of the defense, trying to hold back the oppressive army. However, when Vacuo joined the war to aid Vale, that all changed due to Vacuo's hidden weapons. These weapons were the relic guardians. Because of the war, all 3 relics were hidden in Vacuo to be kept safe from the Mantle/Mistral oppressive armies, now that they were in war, the guardians have once again found themselves in action.
Mistral Soldier: RUN!!
Multiple soldiers ran away, but it was no use as a silver corvette drifted over them, killing them all. Other mistral soldiers open fired on the corvette, but it's speed and agility completely outmatched them, any bullet that did hit the car did nothing as the armor was too strong.
Vale soldier: RAH!
From behind, multiple soldiers from the Vale army ambushed the unsuspecting enemy, leading their deaths.
Vale army officer: Push forward men! We need to meet up with the Vacuo's heavy brigade! Sideswipe, where is Bumblebee?!
Sideswipe stopped in front of officer before transforming into his robot mode.
Sideswipe: Bumblebee is reinforcing the right flank of the Vale army. Optimus is engaging from the air; he's taking out all heavy defenses on the fortress.
Vale army officer: *Nods* Very good, the plan is going well. Sideswipe, help the troops up front we need all the strength we can muster to break down the fortress.
With question, Sideswipe nodded and rolled to the frontlines to aid the vanguard troops. The commander was about to head out, but another soldier called him over in a panicked tone.
Vale Soldier: Holy-Sir! I just picked up a massive amount of energy coming from the fortress!
The officer quickly walked over to the solider, who showed him his data pad. He took it to get a better view, which caused him to gasp.
Vale army officer: What the hell? This amount of energy is unbelievable!
Vale Soldier: Should warn the assault groups?
Optimus Prime pov
Optimus: All vanguard troops, the enemy defenses are down! I repeat all defenses are down!
I flew over the fortress' now on-fire cannons before landing, it was strange, after a few minutes of attacking the cannons. I noticed that a majority of the Mistralian army retreated back into the fortress. Were they that low on men? Suddenly, I felt this massive wave of dark energy eradiated from the fortress, there was so much that I started to feel dizzy. I shook my head to get rid of the feeling before I heard a voice call out my name.
Sideswipe: Optimus!
I turned around, witnessing Sideswipe and Bumblebee heading towards me.
Sideswipe: The humans are holding back their advance! Every scanner just picked up a massive amount of energy coming from the fortress.
Optimus: I have sensed it as well Sideswipe. Alert the soldiers, we 3 shall investigate this matter. Get ready
Before heading in, I retracted my flight tech. I activated my left engeron blade before slowly approaching the fortress gates.
