Day of Solemn Part 2

Doctor pov

Doctor: What happened to him?!

Alex: The same thing that happened to me when I first transformed into a guardian.

I watched as Professor Alex carried in an unconscious boy, a first year from initiation most likely.

Doctor: Set him down on the bed, I'll make sure he's stable until emergency services arrive!

The professor nodded before turning around.

Alex: I... have other matters to deal with right now, I'll come back later to check on him.

Alex walked off, and I began to inspect the boy for any physical injuries. I didn't see anything severe, only some scratches.

Doctor: Nothing severe on the outside, let's see internal.

After some help from my assistances, I hooked the boy up to a monitor in order to see how his heart and brain were doing.

Doctor: Hmm, heart is normal, good...but your brain

I watched grimly as I saw that his mental activity was extremely low, near no brain activity. 

Doctor: This is dangerously low, even the reports on Alex and John's brain activity wasn't this low.

As I watched his monitor for a little longer, I heard a commotion outside. It sounded like one of my nurses, was she in an argument?

I slowly turned away from the boy and walked out the room, after heading back to the front of the infirmary, I heard my nurse talking to someone.

Nurse: I understand your concerns! But until the doctor says that he is stable, we cannot let anyone see him!

???: Ma'am, please let us see him, he's like a brother to us!!

I walked over to my nurse and saw 2 girls, a familiar face the girl in red and the other in yellow. I guess they knew the boy.

Doctor: Ahem! Excuse me girls, can I help you? Sophie, please keep an eye on the boy.

I took my nurses spot as she walked off. I looked at the girls were noticeably concerned.

Doctor: Your back Ms. Rose?

Ruby: Yes, but I'm here for Y/n this time! We saw someone carry him over here!

Girl in yellow: Please ma'am, can we see him?

Doctor: I know your concerned for him, but I'm very sorry, I must follow my procedures. But once I deem that he's stable, I'll let you know as quick as I can.

Girl in yellow: He won't move anywhere else, right?

Doctor: Under normal circumstances, yes. He would be moved to a hospital in Vale but given how his body's status is on the monitors, it would be unwise to move him around.

Y/n pov

???: Incoming fire!! Get to cover!

I opened my eyes and quickly sat up; I started breathing heavily as I watched hundreds of soldiers running by me.

???: Watch for the traitor! 

A soldier roared in anger before firing his weapon. I slowly began to get up and looked around, the entire landscape was destroyed. As more soldiers began to run forward, I began to follow suite, trying to understand where I was.

Y/n: *Thought* Am I dreaming?

???: There! He's right there!

The soldiers began to open fire, I covered my ears, but then I suddenly heard a familiar voice.
