"Hi Mindy!" Leslie beamed. "You are so pretty! We are so glad he met you!" I looked around; they were all staring at me. I smiled and sat down.

"Thank you." I put my jacket on my lap and continued to fidget with my dress.

"Nice dress." Angela complimented. Although it wasn't a compliment but more of a smart-ass comment.

"Thanks." I said. Can we talk to the others now?

"So, we hear you guys are serious now." Leslie's eyes were burned on me. They wanted some answers so I'd give them some.

"Yes we are pretty serious." I agreed. "Hes a great guy I feel lucky." They all looked at one another. Something felt off. This felt like a set up.

"You know," Angela butted in, "He really has changed from what he used to be. Whatever you are doing, it seems to be working." She took a sip of her beer.

"Used to be?" I questioned. I didn't know what they were talking about.

"Oh yea, Tony used to be a bad boy." She continued, "He used to be into really dark, dark things." She eyed me as she took another sip of her beer.

"Dark things?" What the hell was she talking about? "What are you saying?" I asked. I wanted to get to the bottom of this because she could be lying to get back at me.

"I think we should let him tell you." Angela said. I looked at Leslie, at Angela and at the others. They were all staring at me.

I got up, gave Angela a dirty look and said, "I'll be right back." And in the background, I could hear them all giggle and whisper.

When I rounded the kitchen the guys were smoking cigars and Tony looked up at me. "What are they talking about?" I demanded to know the truth.

"Huh? What did they say?" Tony knew I knew. And before I knew it Angela was behind me.

"Tell her Tony. She just now figured out you were once a bad boy." She smiled. I could smack her in the face!

Tony got up and grabbed my hand. "Let's go." And I pulled my hand away.

"No, I want to know what they are talking about!" I demanded. "What are they saying Tony?" And then he held his head down. He finally picked it up and looked over to Damion and Alex.

"You knew she was going to do this didn't you?" Tony asked.

"Sorry man, but she needs the truth. We need you back." Damion said.

"Excuse me!" I screamed. "What the hell is going on!" What the hell was this?

"Mindy I used to be a troubled person. But when I met you something in me changed. You changed me." He continued, "I love you so I gave all that other stuff up."

"What other stuff?" I asked and crossed my arms.

"Well, I, we used to rob people for money." He looked down in shame.

"What?" I couldn't believe what I was hearing. He looked back at the guys; they had their heads down. Suddenly everyone was quiet. Only the sound of a beer click could be heard from the living room.

"Mindy we used to rob places for money to make a living. There, that's it, I can't do this. How could you guys do this to me!" He threw his hands in the air.

"So let me guess you're not a Telemarketer?" I raised my voice.

He was quiet for a moment and then lifted his head. "No." Was all he could say.

"And what about the most important thing." Leslie blurted out from the back.

"Les, shut up okay, Jesus! You guys are horrible!" Tony yelled out. "You were my friends!"
