"You look so cute mamas." Kayla said as she put the final shoe on Amora who was making spit bubbles with her mouth.

"You almost ready?" Tysheem asked as he leaned into the bedroom door frame.

Kayla sucked her teeth before strapping Amora in the car seat once she was done with that, she put the final clothes that she neatly folded on the bed in the last bag, Kayla did not want to leave New York this was her home it was all she knew.

"Don't rush me Tysheem or I won't go." Kayla said as she zipped the last bag up.

"I know your mad but this is going to protect you, New York isn't safe right now." Tysheem said as he picked up the car seat.

"I just don't understand why am I the only one leaving I don't see no one else leaving." Kayla said as she gave a bag to Tysheem while she carried the other one.

"Don't worry about everybody else y'all two are my main concern right now." Tysheem said as he open the front door for them.

Kayla decided not to say anything after that she knew it would only turn into an argument between them, all she wanted to do is get to her destination so she could get some rest.

Kayla placed Amora in the car making sure she was strapped in tightly, Tysheem put the bags in the back before walking over to the driver side to open the door for Kayla.

"Text me when y'all make it on the plane I'll pick the car up from the airport." Tysheem said

He leaned in a gave Kayla a kiss on the lips.

"Tysheem promise me something?" Kayla asked as she sat down in the seat.

"What is it?"

"Promise me that you won't get hurt, I can't raise Amora without her father she needs you... I need you." Kayla said

"Nun gone happen bae I'm good ight? I love you ma." Tysheem said

"I love you too." Kayla said as she stated up the car.

Tysheem peeked in the back seat seeing Amora putting her fingers in her mouth, her eyes travel towards Tysheem who was staring right back at her.

"Daddy loves you, don't give yo momma a hard time." Tysheem said

Kayla sent a faint smile before pulling off leaving Tysheem standing in the road, he didn't like how he had to ship his family off but it was the only way he knew they would be safe till everything go back to normal, he made sure he was going to make this up to Kayla somehow.
