Chris walked into the house with her head down pushed by the nurse. She held into the baby's hand tight. "My name is Alessandra. I've been watching over Chris here for the last year."

"Hi, I'm Bryan Blackenship, Chris' husband."

"I've been told that she was kidnapped and that's why she was so far away from home?"

"Yes, my father kidnapped her."

"Bianca, you can let go of the child now." The nurse said, grabbing the girl's other hand as Chris let her go. Alessandra picked her up and handed her to Bryan. "If I'm not mistaken, you haven't met your daughter yet."

"Why did you call her Bianca?" Joe asked.

"We didn't know her name, so one was assigned to her; she seemed to respond to it."

Bryan held onto his daughter, hugging her tight. Alexander ran into the living room. "Who is this daddy?" He said pointing to the baby.

"This is your baby sister." Bryan said, kneeling. "And she's your mom."

Alexander ran to Chris and hugged her. Her arms slowly hugged him back as she lifted her gaze toward the men. She looked at them confused. "Mine?" She asked Alessandra, referring to Alexander.

"Yes, he's your son."

"My son, Alexander. He's so big."

"I can't believe it." Alessandra said. "She recognizes him by name. Being here might bring memories back."

"Chris, it's me, Bryan, your husband."

"Husband, no. No, keep him away. Alessandra, husband , is a bad man." She started yelling and pulling on her hair.

"We are going to do introductions slowly. Where is her room?"

"Is upstairs, with the double doors." Bryan said as Alessandra took the girl from him and started up the stairs with Chris.

"Bianca, it's time you get some rest. Come; follow me to your room."

"Alexander, come with mom, you have to tell me all about you." Chris said as he grabbed her hand and walked up the stairs with her.

"Joe, she thinks I'm my father. What am I going to do?"

"I told you it wasn't going to be easy. But, hey she recognized Alexander and he was just a few months old when she disappeared. There is hope. And you have a beautiful daughter."

"Okay, Bianca, come in." Alessandra said as she looked around the room. The big woman placed the baby on the bed as she opened the windows. "What a pretty room."

"Mommy, this is your room and daddy's. Are you staying with us?"

Chris kneeled next to Alexander. "Why would I ever leave you, my handsome boy?" Then she looked around the room. She picked up the picture of her and Bryan. "He has kind eyes, Alessandra. Who is he?"

"That's you and your husband, Bryan."

"No, no husband. Husband hurt me. Husband is bad. This man is not my husband, he seems nice. And this is my room. Did you know he brought me here after our trip to Italy?"

"Who?"

"Bryan, then I found out I was pregnant and we had to get married." Chris said laughing.

"So, you remember Bryan?"

"Blackenship, I'm Chris Blackenship. My husband is Morty Blackenship and he's bad." Chris sat down in a corner and started rocking back and forth.

"What's wrong?" Alexander asked.

"Alexander, why don't you show me your room and where your sister is going to sleep?" Alessandra said as Alexander took her hand and they left the room.

After she set up the baby in a crib Bryan had set up in Alexander's room, Alessandra went downstairs where the men waited. "So, how is she taking it?" Bryan asked impatiently.

"For a moment she remembered you, but then she regressed to your father being her husband. But it's the first time she has said her full name and his. This might take some time, but being here might help her. Now, every time you speak to her or approach her, you have to be slow and cautious. Just imagine she's a deer, if she gets startled she'll run away. And let's try to avoid the word husband for now."
