As they settled back at her parent's house, Chris was a wreck. How was she going to get away from Bryan? When everyone went to sleep, she sneaked out. She drove to Bryan's dad's house nervous. As she got there, all the lights were off. She quietly walked into the house and knocked.
The door swung open and an arm pulled her in. "So, you're my little sister?" Andrew said, holding her arm tight.
"Where's my son?"
"We'll come to that soon. Now you sit down over here." He said pushing her into a chair and handcuffing her.
"Welcome to my home."
"I want my son and Gabriella, now, Mr. Blackenship."
"Soon, soon. First we need to have some fun." He said caressing her face.
"Don't touch me." She said pulling away.
He grabbed her face and started kissing her. When he stopped she spit on his face. He slapped her. Andrew came behind her and pulled her hair. "You always thought you were so special. Daddy's little girl."
"Now, Andrew. You were always mommy and daddy's little boy."
"Not the dad I wanted. You were never there."
"I couldn't be there. Your so-called father doesn't know the truth."
"What truth?" Chris asked in pain as Andrew almost pulled her hair out of her scalp.
"Andrew is only your half-brother. Martha and I love each other, but were married to the wrong people. So we conceived a son, Andrew here. But your father and brother don't know the truth."
"Why did you care about my father's attention so much then if he wasn't your father."
"I didn't care about his attention. I just hated you that much. The new bundle of joy they brought home only caused me hatred. So many times I tried to kill you, but there was always someone watching. Not mom though. One time she watched from the window as I pushed your little helpless body under the pool, until stupid Joseph came running."
"Please, Mr. Blackenship. I'll do whatever; just let Gabriella and my son go."
"Now, that's a splendid idea. Bring them, Andrew."
When Andrew came back, she saw a crying Gabriella holding a sleeping Alexander. "Please, let me hold him." Chris pleaded.
"No, you can forget about that little bastard. Now, Gabriella, Andrew is going to drop you off a couple of blocks away from Grecco's house. You are not to mention my name or where Andrew kept you, understand?"
"What about Chris? Can she come with me, please?" Gabriella asked.
"No, she's staying here. She's giving herself up for your freedom, never forget that. And you better not mention she was here either. Just tell them she exchanged herself for you two with Andrew. And my dear, I have eyes and ears everywhere, you say something you shouldn't and your dear mom is dead. Are we clear?" Mr. Blackenship said.
"Chris." Gabriella pleaded.
"Do as he says. Take care of Alexander until I get back, please." Chris said.
With that, Andrew pushed Gabriella out the door. "You stupid girl, you're mine now. You're never going back."
