It had been days since the intense makeout session with Theo in the pool and Inez still regretted the way she reacted, or more so, her body reacted. She would blush even more nowadays when he is around and Theodore would always smirk, apparently enjoying her reaction to him.
Luckily Theo hadn't tried touching her after that time but he would always try to seduce her and charm his way into her heart. Inez hated being this affected by him.
And as for Theo, his efforts have been relentless. If not anything else, he has been sweeter and more caring towards Inez and it was certainly not helping Inez's situation of not trying to like him. She found herself falling deeper and deeper for him.
Inez sighed dreamily while resting her chin on her palm, completely ignoring the conversation going on in front of her.
"Inez you listening?" Rhea flicked her forehead as Inez hissed and finally looked at them, in confusion.
"What?"
"Don't tell me you didn't listen to a word we said!" Sarah the redhead, Austin Hanigan's girlfriend who had also become one of their close friends whined dramatically as Liam sighed.
"Inez is everything ok? You haven't been paying attention lately" Liam said as he placed his hand over Inez and looked at her in concern.
Inez flushed, even though she wasn't attracted to Liam at all but she couldn't deny how handsome he was. He along with Rhea had helped her with her studies a lot and she was truly grateful to them.
"I am o—"
"Maybe she is just tired of your ugly ass face," Austin remarked as he glared at Liam. He and Liam would always engage in silly banter here and there and it was starting to stress everyone out.
Austin still didn't like Liam and would always come running whenever he approached Inez and Rhea saying that he had nothing better to do.
"Oh come on man, cut the crap" Liam said while rolling his eyes as Austin gritted his teeth and fisted his fingers.
"What did you say!"
"Aw babe it's ok" Sarah quickly said as she pulled Austin into a kiss. Austin first stiffened but then relaxed and kissed her back.
"Ew stop the PDA" Rhea said while faking a gag as Inez chuckled at her.
"Ok so as we were talking," Liam said completely ignoring the couple making out beside him as he looked at Rhea and Inez.
"There is a college bonfire next Saturday and you two are coming" Liam announced as Sarah agreed after kissing the life out of Austin.
"I-I don't know" Inez hesitated. She had already broken one of Theo's rule of "no boys" and now she cannot dream of breaking another one "no parties".
