𒊹︎︎︎ Orders & Trivial jobs.
Inez clutched the file tightly as she glared at the papers, completely not focusing on it. Currently, she was sitting on the couch in Theodore's office, just like every day nowadays.
Theo would directly take her to his office instead of home and give her trivial works, saying that he was teaching her business.
But that wasn't what angered Inez. It was the tall redhead who was stuck by his side reading out the contents of a new contract as Theo listened intently.
Something burned inside of her. Inez knew the woman was just doing her job but she couldn't help but feel jealous. Maybe it was because she was still a teenager and didn't know much about the outside world.
Or maybe it was the way the redhead sometimes threw Theo longing stares while slightly biting her lips. Or when she would slightly pull down her shirt when he was looking away.
Inez had also noticed the colour of her lips had darkened and the slight tint on her flawless cheeks had become prominent since the last time she came in.
"Someone should teach her how to do makeup" Inez thought as she rolled her eyes.
Inez looked away in frustration as she took at her surroundings to distract herself. The combination of black, white and cream along with the impeccable furniture never failed to amaze her. The tall floor to ceiling windows showed a glimpse of the immaculate surroundings outside.
"Ok, Ms Stokes, I get the gist of it. Make sure you have the plans ready by tomorrow, you may leave now" Theo said stoically, going back to the computer he was doing his work on.
"Mr Cunningham, you know you can call me Jenna right?" she said gutturally as she laughed a little. Theo frowned at her as a confused look surfaced on his face. He knew she liked making advances on him but she had never been so upfront about it.
"I know I can Ms Stokes, but I don't want to. You may excuse yourself" Theo replied coldly without even sparing her a glance as Inez covered her mouth with her palm, trying to suppress her laughter.
