Seventeen

It was Sunday, the day after another Hogsmeade trip.

Of course I was with Theo, Blaise and Draco, the only people I talk to other than the rare occasion when I speak to my family.

We were having late breakfast as I had accidentally Slept in later than usual and it took Draco forcing Pansy to come and wake me up, or at least thats what she said when I went to hex her.

I was still kind of asleep whilst eating when the three talked, I could not tell a single thing they were saying because I had completely zoned out, focusing on the slice of bacon I was chewing.

"What the..." My bacon had started levitating, pulling itself from my fork.

My eyes were wide as I tried to come back to earth and work out what was going on.

"Oi! Keira" Theo jabbed his elbow into my ribs

"Huh, Theo, my bacon's doing the weirdest th-"

"Its Granger." Draco said before nodding at where Ron, Harry and Hermione were sat on the Gryffindor table looking bored

"They've been trying to call you for the past five minutes but you were completely out of it" Blaise said

Ron, Hermione and Harry noticing that I was looking at them now stood up and walked over but keeping their distance from the table, as if it were to bite them if they came too close.

"None of you could of just told her five minutes ago?" Ron said, rolling his eyes "Pricks"

"what do you want ?" I asked them

"I wanna show you something, its about S.P.E.W" Hermione said excitedly

"No! Its not, Hermione" Ron hissed at her

"Whatever, but trust us, we want you to meet someone" Hermione said, smiling again.

"Yeah, yeah, okay" I said, nodding

"Are you tiptoeing around whatever it is, because of us?" Theo asked bluntly

"None of your business Nott, we're talking to my sister, not you" Ron said

"Well, your sisters asleep on her breakfast" Draco said.

"WEASLEY!"

"I'm up! I'm up" I jumped up, waking up properly after Theo shouted in my ear

"You have a little-" Draco said before using a napkin to wipe ketchup off my forehead.

"You coming?" Ron asked nodding at the door

"Yep, coming" I stood up quickly, after already wasting their time, and rushing around the table before rushing back to grab that slice of bacon "Bye guys" I blew a kiss before going again, then remembering what I did and Immediately cringing but it was too late now.

"So what do you want to show me?" I asked through a yawn

"Why are you so tired today?" Hermione laughed

"I don't know" I shrugged "Who is it that you want to show me?"

"Oh, He's great, you'll love him" Ron said

"He saved my life in second year, and the day of the second task, funnily enough" Harry said

"who is he?" I asked again

"You'll see" Hermione said, practically bouncing on the spot.

They had led me through a door in the entrance hall, there was a staircase that we then went down them, leading to a brightly lit corridor, that was filled with paintings of ... food?
