The next morning, Christmas morning, I woke up on the end of Theo's bed, where I sat prior the night before.
Pansy was splayed out on the floor, a blanket chucked over her, by Draco as she was the first to fall asleep.
Blaise had disappeared a while in one of the pointless conversations to meet Luna.
I pushed Theo's arm off me, interrupting his snoring, as he jerked awake before falling back asleep.
I rolled my eyes, standing up and stretching my hands over my head.
I brushed my hair into a ponytail with my fingers to keep it out of my face.
"Get up. It's Christmas!" I said loudly, to wake the other three people up in the room, before walking out to my own dorm.
I was quite surprised to see the smaller pile than usual, of presents on the end of my bed, but all the more, I was grateful.
Ignoring the pile for now, I walked back into the other room, Theo was still asleep but Pansy and Draco were both awake, stretching and rubbing sleep out of their eyes.
"Theo!"
"Wha?!" Theo jumped awake, looking in random places to find the voice.
I bent down beside his bed, brushing his curls out of his face.
"Merry Christmas" I said, kissing him.
"This is a lovely morning wake up" He grinned, kissing me back
"Not for the other people in the room" Draco rolled his eyes, standing up from his bed to walk out the room.
"It's not even breakfast yet" Pansy rolled her eyes, her arms crossed against her chest, she scoffed at us before also walking out the room.
"Now that we're alone" Theo teased, wiggling his eyebrows at me.
"No" I pushed him away "it's Christmas" I said "Get up, Breakfast"
"Urghhhh" He whined "Y'know Christmas is a stupid marketing ploy, and you're eating right out of capitalism's hand"
"No politics on Christmas"
"You're so annoying" He shook his head, standing up.
"Say's you"
"Oh, how childish of you, Weasley" he rolled his eyes
"Learn't it from you" I giggled, grabbing his hand to pull him along as he was taking his sweet time.
We eventually made it to the Great Hall, being the last out everyone it seemed like, Draco was correct in saying that a lot would be staying at Hogwarts.
Granted it was mostly the older years, which will be bending in our favour for the party, and we won't have to deal with any of the interrupting younger students.
We walked over to the Slytherin table.
"You both took your sweet time" Pansy said before taking a sip of her tea.
"He wouldn't wake up" I rolled my eyes, we sat at the table and Theo instantly grabbed a cup, filled it with milk, sugar and coffee before passing it to me, making it just the way I like it.
"Sure" Draco said, taking a bite of toast.
"Oi, Drake, maybe take some time to get off at the party, maybe you'll stop being so crabby" Theo joked.
"Fuck you"
"I would gladly mate, but unlike you I have a girlfriend" He winked
"What?" Pansy, Draco me and even Blaise who had just caught the last bit of the conversation looked at him, wondering if we really did just hear what he said.
