Fifth year - Twenty

September 1st 1995

"Keira! Get up!"I woke to Hermione leaning over me, already dressed and poking me "Honestly, you're worse than Ron"

"What are you doing?" I glared at her

"Your Mums going nuts, we've got to leave soon, I'm surprised how you slept through Ginny falling down the stairs and Mrs Weasley and Mrs Black's screaming" She fussed

"Gin fell down the stairs? and she has the nerve to go on about my clumsiness" I rolled my eyes, pulling my duvet off me and starting to get dressed.

"It wasn't her that made herself fall down, Fred and George tried using magic to get their trunks down the stairs and knocked right into her, your Mum's fixing her up now"

I finally finished dressing when Mum called up the stairs "WILL YOU LOT GET DOWN HERE NOW PLEASE!"

"Come on, lets go" Hermione told me as I struggled with my Trunk

"I'm trying, Hermione" I hissed.

It took us an agonising twenty minutes to walk to Kings Cross station.

I was with Dad Ron and Hermione.

We had to wait for the Muggles to piss off before we could safely walk through the barrier without being spotted.

Mum, Tonks, dog-Sirius, Harry and Moody with all the trunks had arrived before us, Fred, George, Ginny and Lupin a little after us.

"well look after yourselves" Lupin said, shaking all our hands.

"And don't forget, all of you - careful what you put in writing. If in doubt dont put it in a letter at all. And be careful about the people you talk to" Moody said, I felt his eyes glance at me when he said that.

"It's been great meeting all of you" Tonks said, giving Hermione, Ginny and I a hug. "We'll see you soon, I expect."

A whistle blew, the last one before the train departed.

"Quick, Quick" Mum said, hugging the closest to her. "Write ... be good ... if you've forgotten anything we'll send it on ... on to the train, now, hurry ...".

The seven of us rushed onto the train, reaching out an open window to wave goodbye to everyone as the train moved, They quickly became small blurs.

"He shouldn't have come with us" Hermione said nervously.

"Oh, lighten up" Ron said "He hasn't seen daylight for months, poor bloke."

"Well" Fred said, clapping his hands together, right in my ear as I was stood in front of him. "can't stand around chatting all day, we've got business to discuss with Lee. See you later" Then he and George walked down the corridors and disappeared to the right.

"Bye" I waved to them all before walking down the corridor, finding a specific compartment.

I found Theo and Blaise sat in a Compartment, I must have been right when I said about Draco getting the Slytherins prefect position.

I knocked on the door before sliding it open.

"Salut" I greeted the two boys, their jaws dropped when they saw me

"Keira?" Theo gasped before standing up "What the bloody hell! You promised we were gonna spend the summer together then you go on some stupid holiday and don't talk to us for two months?" He said, glaring at me but with a hint of concern.

Theo, who was already really tall and lanky, had seemed to grow taller, which I didn't even think he could do, so he was way over towering me now.

"Trust me, I would of rather spent the summer with you guys, but it was a surprise thing, I'm sorry" I half lied "When did you grow?" I asked, craning my neck to look at him
