Thirty Five

After the events that took place at the Department of Mysteries, Both Draco and Theo's fathers were arrested and sent to Azkaban, the latter being much less upset about the news as he already knew this was an possibility.

The Ministry had finally confirmed that You-Know-Who had returned, which definitely struck more horror in the students that were less trusting of Harry.

I finally got an response from Mum, saying that of course Theodore (poor dear) could stay with us and that she was excited to finally meet one of my friends, and that she was already turning Percy's room into mine.

The night we all found out about what had took place at the Ministry of Magic, Blaise and Draco were asleep and Theo told me about how he was nervous and not sure if he should stay over as my family might not want him because his father is in Azkaban now.

It hurt seeing him think that people will only see his father and never for him. I tried to reassure him that it would be okay, but I wouldn't force him to go if he really didn't want to, I don't really know what to do but try and do what I think is supportive. 

I'm so in love and it's so fucking annoying.

He actually went with me to see everyone in the hospital wing and make sure that they were okay, he didn't talk to anyone, just stayed by my side the whole time for moral support, that might be because I told him something Mum always told us "If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all"... he might of took it seriously.

Ron and I both silently agreed to drop our argument, better if we just got on and didn't fight over petty things, especially with whats going on at the moment.

"Merlin, I didn't even tell my parents I'm bringing Russel home!" I gasped.

We were on the Hogwarts Express to London.

"I think they'll be more concerned about the boy you're taking home" Blaise said.

"Nah, they'll be fine, I already told them... that I'm bringing a friend home..." I said

"Wait, you didn't tell them that we're together?!" Theo asked, this time he was the one lying across the seats with his head in my lap, but he sat up quickly after hearing the information.

"N-not yet..." I said.

"Keira! They think we're friends, and they're okay with that...I think... But what if they don't approve! What if they don't think I'm good enough and that-"

"Woah, woah- stop, shut up!" I said, placing my hands on his shoulders. "What do you mean? Of course they won't think that, if anything, you're way too good for me! So lets just settle on that we both li- love each other, and are together, do you really think I would listen to them, even if they didn't approve? The only reason I didn't want to tell them, Is because I thought it would be better to tell them in person, that was all"

"Uh, if you're quite finished having this gross and uncomfortable conversation... shut up" Draco said.

"You could always leave" I suggested.

"You talk a lot of shit for someone who's laugh sounds like a choking duck" Draco said.

"I'm going to go look for the trolley witch" I said, standing up. "Fuck you, Malfoy, prick"

As I went to walk out the compartment, Cho Chang and Marietta Edgecomb walked past, Edgecomb was wearing a balaclava, most likely to cover her "SNEAK" spots.

I did feel some kind of empathy for her, mainly because that could've been me, if they actually caught on to me disappearing all the time, or if they asked anything when we played with vertitaserum.
