Let's unintentionally ruin that with explaining Hueningkai's curse.

„Kiss of Death"

A deadly curse, not being seen that often but for a reason.
There's always a target sign in the mark of the curse, clearly saying that this person has been selected.
It's on the victim since birth, deciding the age the person will die at for sure.
It's not curable, nor can it be delayed.
On the birthday of their predicted age they will die, the age being engraved somewhere in the mark, hidden.
Some don't make it past their childhood, some get to live long, but most of the time they die before the age of 25.

It's incurable with normal means."
