Nandito kami ngayon sa isang resto, napag usapan kasi namin na mga lunch kaming lahat.
Nandito na ako, si Alice, Ethan, Mike at Janelle, i-ce-celebrate naman namin ngayon ang pagiging official member ni Alice, kaso nga wala pa sina Bernard at Vic. Alam kong naiinip na si Janelle kaya tinitignan ko lang siya. Maya maya pa ay kinuha niya na yong phone niya and dialed Bernard's number. Inip na inip na yan. Hayss.
"Don't 'hello me' we've been here for half an hour, anong gusto niyo? Maghintay kami ng forever sainyo dito?" sabi ni Janelle, medyo malakas yong boses niya buti nalang at nasa may gilid lang kami at walang masyadong tao.
"She's scary" sabi ni Alice at kumapit saakin
"Yeah, so you better not make her angry" sagot ko sakanya
"Yeah, I will not"
"If you're not here within 3 minutes, you'll taste my sweetest punishment" sabi pa ni Janelle na nanlilisik ang mga mata. She hanged up.
"I definitely not make her mad at me" I heard Alice, I just smile

"Okay, 25 seconds left" Janelle and then she smirk
"They're here" Mike
"What?" Janelle
"Look, outside" tumingin din ako doon pero wala naman yong dalawa doon
"Wala naman ahh, 15 sec---" pinutol ni Ethan yong sasabihin ni Janelle
"Ayan na sila" Ethan
Tumingin ulit ako sa pinto and there they are chasing their breath.
"Bakit ba ang tagal niyo? Nauna pa sainyo yong mas malayo ang school" sabi ni Janelle sa dalawa nang makaupo na ang mga ito.
Yes, we come from different schools. Me, Ethan and Alice ay nasa college of engineering, sina Janelle at Mike naman ay sa college of medicine, then lastly sina Vic at Bernard nasa maritime school. But we still spend time together.
"Sorry, napag initan na naman kasi yong class namin ni Prof. Alcazar" sagot ni Bernard
"Enough of that, mag order na tayo" Michael. And he called for the waiter.
Lumapit naman samin yong waiter. Tinignan namin kung anong nandoon, at makalipas lang ang ilang minuto ay nakapag order na kami. At nag usap usap nalang kami ng kung ano anong mga bagay.
"What's our schedule, Ethan?" tanong ko.
"Two days from now, Rank 5. All of us will fight" sagot naman ni Ethan.
"Later, call the announcer and tell him that, only Bernard and Victor will be fighting with the rank 5"
"What?" yong dalawa, pero di ko lang sila sinagot.
"Wala na bang iba?" tanong ko ulit kay Ethan.
"Janelle, did you search them, already?" tanong ni Bernard kay Janelle.
Well, Janelle is good at researching at lahat ng nakukuha niya results ay talagang legit.
"Wait" sagot ni Janelle habang pumipindot pindot doon sa cellphone niya.
"Well, that's for this week only, but next week was hectic, Monday, all of us with the rank 4, Tuesday, rank 10 you three girls, against their five princesses. Wednesday is our rest day. Thursday, all guys, against six guys in the rank 7, Friday also a rest day then, Saturday, all of us against rank 6" sabi ni Ethan, without any copy, naiingit talaga ako sa katalinuhan niya.
