Chapter 29: Shinomiya Kojiro - Chamomile Tea

[Your Point of View]

I'm not a morning person but today's an exception. Shinomiya Kojiro, or who I also call Jiro-senpai is returning to Japan. I'm getting dressed up for today, wouldn't want him to tease me.

"Good morning (Y/N)-cchi! Asahi-cchi has woken up early and is headed to Totsuki already." Ryota beamed. "You should also head off to meet Kojiro-cchi at the airport."

 

"Alright, let's go Ryota." I replied as we head out.

 

[3rd Person's Point of View]

The Elite Ten were gathered up in the dean's office except for one, Hayama Akira.

"I'm worried for Hayama-kun, he hasn't told us anything about what happened in the banquet." Takumi said as the others went silent.

 

"I am also worried, I could only think of two things that may have happen in the banquet."  Erina replied as everyone shot her a serious look.

 

"First, the noirs might've found out about his identity and are threathening him. Second, he might be really telling the truth that he doesn't have a clue about the Les Cuisiniers Noirs."

 

"If we're looking on a more realistic part, the first one could be the most dependable hunch." Eizan said while typing something on his laptop.

 

"But knowing Hayama-kun, he might be doing the latter." Nene defended.

 

"Mou! We can just ask Yoru-senpai if another banquet is coming up. Since Hayama-kun became one of the generals, one of us can sneak in with him." Alice retorted.

Everyone inside were surprised as they stared at Alice. "I supposed that's the only wise thing you've said today." Erina replied while holding her chin, everyone around them agreed making Alice whine.

 

"Yukihira-chin have contacts to this Yoru-senpai, right?" Kuga asked as they all stared at Soma who was busy staring into space.

"Yukihira?" they called out again for a few times until Kuga hand-chopped Soma's head.

 

"Ittai! Kuga-senpai!" Soma groaned.

Isshiki then stared at him intently. "It's unusual for the first seat to be... in dazed." he said hinting something as the two stared at each other.

"We were asking if you can contact Yoru-senpai to ask her about the upcoming noirs banquet." Nene replied nonchalantly breaking the tense atmosphere between the two.

"Oh, yeah. Just a sec." Soma replied scratching his flushed cheek. 

His mind was drifting away and could only think about (Y/N)'s return. Afraid to gain more love rivals, he never told anyone except for Shoji and Daigo; who were definitely not interested in (Y/N), in a romantical way that is.

  

"Uh, yeah... Yoru-senpai's busy. She's not reading my messages nor picking up my calls." Soma replied.
