Chapter 9: Macaron

"Mi amor~ Tadaima!" Asahi yelled after opening the front door with his key. "Mi amor~!" Asahi yelled again while removing his shoes.

"Mi amor?" Asahi yelled after entering the living room. 'Maybe she's in our room~ I have to tell her that I defeated Joichiro.' Asahi thought as he excitedly went to the bedroom.

His smile faded when he saw the room empty. Asahi saw a note on the coffee table which he quickly took and read.

'My Dearest Asahi~'

'Gomen if I wasn't there to welcome you when you just returned.'

'I promise I'll make it up to you once I get home~.'

'Congratulations on winning against Saiba Joichiro-san.'

'I cooked food for you, so you better eat it alright?'

'Don't miss me so much! Kidding aside, I went to Wisteria University to sign up.'

'I'm with a friend, don't worry so much.'

Asahi smiled before heading to the kitchen, there on the table he saw the food on a warmer. He started eating your dish before laughing.

"I still have a long way to catch up with your dish (Y/N) Mi amor." Asahi mumbled.

/ Wisteria University;

You didn't bother to wear a mask as you looked down at the paper on your hand.

You sighed and looked at the map posted on the bulletin board while Ryota was scanning the place. You turned your head to look back when you heard a commotion.

There you found Tsukasa with a serious look on his face.

"Ei-senpai!" You yelled waving at him. Tsukasa noticed you and sighed relieved.

"(Y/N)-chan!" Tsukasa called out and immediately ran towards you. "I'm relieved that we're in the same hall."

You chuckled at his cute reaction and tapped his shoulder, "Relax Senpai. So, are you prepared for the exam?" you asked grinning.

"Yeah, but everyone's staring at me. I feel like I'm going to be eaten alive." Tsukasa said panicking.
