The ripples of rage,
I read into it
page after page
And it wasn't just rage I saw
I saw her
Her rosy cheeks glistening
With withering tears
I could feel her
Incessant tremors of guilt
Shaking the cold hard groundThe ripples of rage,
I read into it
Page after page
The subdued sadness
And the stubborn melancholia
Shyly enter the void
Sheepishly smiling
Like two lecherous leeches
They silently crept
Through the ginormous lonely doors
Taking turns at the morose human
Draining her of life's ambrosiaComfort is a distant neighbor
And he gave her a cold shoulder
When she needed him the most
Happiness was just a call away
But she turned him down
And now she is
All alone
