Senseless, sweet and sizzling love
Poured down on him
Every drop tasted
Of temptation and trystsShe was his drink
And he was intoxicated
By her mind, body and soul
Making him feel dizzy with warmthThere was something about her
Maybe it was the way
She hid the pain behind
A smile and the "oh I am fine"Maybe it was the way
Her glorious lips
Spewed a string of curses
Ever ready to defy and defeatMaybe it was the way
She held her stubborn chin
High and mighty
But ever ready to sinMaybe it was the way
The light danced in her eyes
Like the stars came crashing
Down from the skiesMaybe it was the way
She suddenly changed her tune
Like that of a siren
Delectable yet dangerousMaybe it was the way
Her facade came crumbling down
Everytime he came near
Close enough to touchAnd it happened
Just like that
Without a warning
Flooding him with emotionsThe realization dawned on him
That he truly loved her
Yes, that kind of love...
The one that never fades away
