At the station, Nancy goes to get ice for Jonathan while I stay with him. "I'm so proud of you. He deserved all that." I let Jonathan know.

"I'm proud of you too. That one punch, I could see that first wave of pain hit him."

When Nancy gets back, she holds the ice on his face as we sit and wait to see what happens. While Jonathan was holding the ice on his hand, Joyce comes in with Hopper. "Hey. Jonathan? Jesus, what... what happened?" She asks, making Callahan get up. "Why is he wearing handcuffs?" She asks him.

"Well, your boy assaulted a police officer. That's why." He explains to her and she demands he take them off.

"You heard her. Take 'em off." Hopper tells him.

"Chief, I get everyone's emotional here but there's something you need to see," Powell speaks up and they go outside most likely to show him what's in the trunk.

When they come back they bring the box of everything we bought earlier. "Why don't you ask your son? We found it in his car." Hopper tells Joyce.

"Why are you going through my car?" Jonathan asks upset.

"Is that really the question you should be asking right now? I wanna see you in my office." Hopper tells him.

"You won't believe him," I speak up.

"Why don't you give me a try?" He tells me and I nod my head.

Jonathan, Nancy, Joyce, and I go to Hopper's office to tell him what we were going to do with all of the things we bought. As we all take a seat, Hopper looks at me waiting for me to start. "Speak." He motions for me to start talking.

"The thing Joyce saw come out of her wall is real. Nancy saw it with her own eyes twice. First time when she went back to Steve's to look for Barb and last night when we were walking in the wood. Last night she finally got a better look at it." I explain as we pull out the picture to show them.

"We have a theory on how to lure it out to us. Last night a deer was bleeding. When Barb went missing, she had a cut on her hand." Nancy explains to them.

"You say blood draws this thing?" Hopper asks the three of us.

"We don't know," Jonathan speaks up.

"It's just a theory." Nancy adds before Joyce and Jonathan go out in the hall.

"Why your knuckles a slightly red-pink color?" Hopper points out.

"Punched a douchebag right in the face. Deserved it, plus I've wanted to do it for a long time." I laugh, explaining to him.

"Your father is going to worry about you doing that. I know how he is about you."

I roll my eyes, knowing that he doesn't care about his family anymore. "Yeah, right. He's never home anymore. Always at work. Comes in very late or the next day." I give Hopper a certain look and he gets what I mean before, having to leave the room when we start to hear shouting.

After some time, Hopper rushes back to us, telling us we have to go now. "What is it?" I ask as we go out to the car.

"Your brothers are caught up in things with some bad people." He says as we get in the car.

"It's because of El, right? They want her." I say, having a feeling he probably knows sorta about her.

"You knew they had the girl?" He turns to face me.

"Yeah... I sorta promised not to tell anyone about her." I say as he drives off to see the Wheeler's house.

As we park from afar, Hopper watches them take things out of the house. "I have to go home." Nancy says.
