After everything Dustin tells Eddie, we will get some food supplies for him tomorrow and bring it to him. "I'm gonna stay with Eddie tonight. Can you bring me clean clothes to change into tomorrow?" I stop Dustin as everyone makes their way out. "Wait, are you serious?" Steve comes over to us. "He's terrified, Steve. He was there for me when I needed someone... Now it's my turn." I say making him look down and Dustin walks away. "I'm sorry." He looks back up at me. "Just keep an eye on Dustin like you always do." I give him a smile. "You know I'll never let anything happen to him." He gives me a small smile. "But please bring me some clothes tomorrow." I laugh. "I'll make sure Max and Robin pick something out for you." He laughs. "Thank you." I say as they leave me with Eddie.
"Why are you staying with me?" Eddie asks as I shut the door. "You don't need to be alone right now." I walk over wrapping my arms around him and he hugs me back. "I keep seeing her die in front of me." He whispers. "I know it all too well. Remember how I said Billy died in my lap... the Mall fire was a cover up. Last year was the Mind Flyer and it took over Billy. He got people and they became part of this big melted people. It wanted to kill our friend El but Billy stepped in when he was freed of the Mind Flayer. Before it died it killed Billy. It's tentacles went into his sides before one went straight into his chest. So I know how it feels to see someone die in front of you in a not normal way." I sit down on a stool trying not to cry. "I know it's just as bad but I'm new to all this... you were already introduced to this stuff." He slightly chuckles making me shake my head.
"True... Been going through this since November 1983." I say making him shocked. "That long?" His eyes widen. "Yeah... I lost Barb to all the shit too." I start to cry. "Come here." He pulls me up holding me and rubs my back. "All this crying is gonna make my headache worse." I try to top. "You still have them? Also no offense, but why am I comforting you should should be comforting me?" He says making me laugh. "I'm sorry." I step back and he gets in the boat giving me a look so I join him. "You can try to get some sleep. I'll be fine awake alone." Eddie grabs the tarp putting it over us. "Maybe a small nap." I agree and he holds me close to him. "Careful with the broken bottle please." I laugh before falling asleep.

The next morning I wake up and look out at the lake while Eddie hides under the tarp still. "See anyone?" He asks me. "Nope. Just us." I say before we hear a noise and he hops out going to look out the window so I looked with him. "Oh shit.." He breaths. "It could just Dustin and the others." I tell him before the door opens quickly startling Eddie and I. Eddie holds me back and points the bottle at the door as I hold onto his shoulders. "Delivery service." Dustin smiles and Steve gives us a small wave. We both relax and I rest my head on his back, "Just incase someone else ever finds Eddie... Give us a clue it's you." I look up at them. "Your clothes." Max holds up a bag. "Thank you." I take it from her and go to a corner stating to get undressed. "Really?" Robin laughs. "We've all seen her basically naked. A bikini is like bra and panties." Dustin says but keeps his back towards me. "Who were you thinking about impressing?" Eddie points out my bra. "You know about pastel pink with lace?" Steve eyes Eddie going through the food bags.
