I threw my phone on my queen-sized bed and began pacing round the room still fuming. That god-damned Mike, I felt like strangling him to death with my bare hands and drowning him, had he forgotten who I was?
The motherfucker thought he could just insult me and get away with it. I wonder how long I have to keep up the pretence of being a pathetic crying bitch
I felt the sudden urge to teach him a good lesson to never mess with me again or even think of insulting me. That bastard.
"I'm going to teach him a lesson he'll never forget" I seethed reaching my bed to grab my phone, before I got to switch it on, it was suddenly snatched from my hand
"What the fuck Steph, give me back my phone"
"Now is not the time to be hiring one of dad's thugs to do your dirty work just because you're angry" She places my phone on the table
"Why did you skip school?" She asks
"Just shut the fuck up" I was still mad she snatched my phone away from me. She sighs and then sits on my bed
"About the plan, I really don't feel it's a good idea" she says grabbing my attention
"And why is that?" I ask
"Don't you consider his feelings-"
"Stephanie please shut up, this is the exact reason why you couldn't wrap him around your finger when you had the chance, if I had known about this plan I wouldn't have gone to America" I massaged my temple
"I know, it's just that-"
"Listen Stephanie" I placed my hands on her shoulder speaking softly
"Dad's company is about to get bankrupt, and for this not to happen we have to get closer to the Ikechukwus, and Princewill is a way of getting closer to his father, he has the ultimate power, and make him sign the contract.
"This thing you call love is nothing but an infactuation you have for him ok? You failed to complete your part so I'll finish it up for you" I finished letting go of her shoulders and walking over to my closet to change
"I thought you first had feelings for him when you guys started dating" she said, confusion etching up on her face
"Feelings?! Pttff the guy is loaded Steph, rich and popular with a father who owns a million dollar empire, that's the reason I dated him. Love doesn't exist sweetheart, the sooner you learn that the better. And he knows just how to satisfy a woman" I said taking out a few outfits and placing them on my bed, she scrunches up her nose in disgust but didn't say anything
I turn to see her crossed legged on my bed, indian style, in deep thought biting her lips and muttering something to herself, something was bothering her. I rolled my eyes and folded my arms across my chest
"What is it now?" I ask
"But he has feelings for Adah, I see the way he looks at her Natasha, the way he never does with me when we were dating" She explains fiddling with her fingers
"I'm sure it's nothing, besides I'm pretty sure she's after him because he's loaded, so please get your mind off that and let me play my part"
"Yeah, you're right, I'm just letting things get into my head. I need to call daddy now and ask him to send me money for my shopping, my wardrobe needs a new fashion sense" she fishes out her phone and switched it on, tapping numbers on her screen
See, i didn't even have to stress to much to convince her.
"Can't you wait until we get that contract signed before you do shopping?" She scoffs at my words
"But my clothes are so last season and I need new ones" she argues
"You are so annoying" I retort
"And you're not?" She cocks an eyebrow at me. Right now she was really beginning to annoy me
"Just leave my room" I pinch the bridge of my nose
She huffs but gets up from my bed and headed towards the door
"Fine, I'm leaving and good luck on your plan sister" and she bangs the door behind her
God damn sister
