Mina's POV
Today is Christmas another year has passed that me and Chaeyoung had gotten through together, it's almost our second anniversary I didn't notice it's almost going to be 2 years since we got married author-nim didn't notice it too but when she calculated it really is almost 2 years since we got married and I'm really that it's Chaeyoung I got married to, the girl I promised to marry when we were kids our dreams are slowly turning into reality and in just 3 more months our twins are going to meet us me and Chaeyoung can't be anymore excited now.
"Minari let's go? They're waiting for us downstairs." Chaeyoung said crouching down in front of me wearing her signature look that I love so much and that is; her wearing a white long sleeves always leaving two buttons unbuttoned tucked in her black pants pairing it with her black boots, if you have seen her wearing that we all can't lie that it's living in our heads rent free.
"What have I done in my past life that I deserve someone like you in this life?" I asked her cupping both of her cheeks while she smiled at me and held my hands that were on her cheeks and caressed them.
"Maybe you loved me so much in your past life despite of what I was that you deserved me again in this life." She answered still with her bright smile before placing a soft kiss on my lips that made me smile after she pulled away.
"I love you Chaeyoungie~" I said giving her my gummy smile that I know she loves so much.
"And I love you and the twins much more Minari." She said before kissing my lips again.
"Now let's go?" She again asked so I nodded and stood up from the bed and we both went down to the backyard where everyone was and it's just our families, close friends and other friends.
"Glad you could make it here mom and dad." I said hugging both my parents who smiled at me after.
"Well we all wanted to spend Christmas with you and since you can't fly to Japan we just decided to come here." Mom said smiling at me before hugging me again.
"Three more months and the twins are going to greet the world my baby." She said smiling with her teary eyes—she's much more emotional than me.
"Don't cry mom you should be happy they're going to meet us soon right? Please don't cry." I said hugging her caressing her back up and down while she hugged me back.
"She had been crying recently thinking about you already being a mom my dear." Dad said chuckling causing my mom to break away from the hug and slap his shoulder while he just laughed at her.
"Don't listen to your dad sweetie he's saying nonsense." She told me while glaring at dad while I just shook my head smiling looking at them both—the best parents I ever had.
"Okay everyone it's a almost midnight let's start the countdown!" Yugyeom yelled getting the attention of everyone—He really starts the yelling with events we have like this he's the best for it but I sometimes wonder if he has a girlfriend or what because he never introduced anyone to us yet.
"5....4...3....2...1! Merry Christmas!" We exclaimed all together as soon as it was 12 o'clock indicating that it's already Christmas.
"Merry Christmas Minari." I heard Chaeyoung whispered to me while back hugging me making me smile—still the same girl that I love.
