Chapter 10

Chaeyoung's POV

"Ms. Son it is good to see you here." One of the staff of our hotel here in Busan greeted when I got out of the car, well like I said last week I'm going here to inspect everything because I received an information that something happened here 2 weeks ago and they didn't tell me directly so I want to see it myself.

"What happened here 2 weeks ago?" I asked as we walked inside the hotel where staffs are lined up bowing to me.

"Nothing happened here Miss." he answered making me look at him which he avoided and looked down.

"Really?" I asked and he nodded still with his head down so I just continued walking ahead leaving him behind—I'm going to talk about this to someone that knows everything here.

"Call Irene and tell her to come to my office." I ordered one of the staff who bowed and went out to call Irene—she's the one who told me about what happened 2 weeks ago.

"You called for me?" I heard Irene spoke so I gestured her to sit down and she obliged.

"What happened?" I straight forwardly asked her as she sat down.

"A girl got killed in one of the rooms here at the hotel and I know that it's those bastards men who killed the girl because the girl is the daughter of those bastards rival so I think they killed her to get to her father and I learned another thing." She said so I raised my eyebrow and told her to continue.

"There's a spy here as well as in your company, I already know who the spy here is." She said and I let her continue again because I need those bastards as soon as possible and kill them all.

"It was the guy who greeted you earlier." She said and I remembered the guy that said that nothing happened.

"I knew that guy was suspicious he didn't have that mark on his uniform." I said because every staff here has a mark on their uniform that especially designed so I can notice who my people are.

"I saw that too that's why when I saw him I just knew something was wrong and that's when I learned that he was a spy when I followed him one night when he was going home I saw him with one of those bastards men.

"Keep an eye on him Irene never let your guard, add more security but this time don't dress them like our securities you know what to do." I said and she nodded then I dismissed her and I'm now left alone here inside my office checking papers when my lit up indicating that I received a message so I looked at who was it from and saw Mina's name.

Mina: Are you busy right now?

She doesn't know I'm here in Busan and she told she has a photoshoot this week so I didn't tell her and I don't know where she is right now.

Chaeng: Not really just checking papers why?

I waited for a reply but I didn't get any I just placed it back at where it was and turned back to my papers when suddenly it ringed and I saw Mina's name flashing on the screen so I picked it up.

"Hey." I greeted as soon as I answered I didn't hear any response from her that quick but then after a few minutes she spoke.

"H-hey." She answered stuttering and why is she stuttering?

"Is there a problem?" I asked her because I'm worried at why she suddenly stuttered.

"I'm fine I just.." she said and stopped.

"You just what?" I asked her then I heard another silence before she spoke.

"I just m-missed you that's all." She said and hell my heart just freaking went crazy again at what she just said.
