IT WAS SAPNAP'S SECOND MORNING AT THE MILLER HOUSEHOLD, ONLY TODAY, IT WAS MUCH MORE LIVELY. The sky outside was bright, and both of Veda's parents were home for once. Thanks to this, they were taking Jamie out for the day. Of course, they invited Veda and Sapnap, but it wasn't something they figured would be fun.

Especially because Veda planned on streaming that evening; it was going to be the big reveal that Sapnap was, indeed, visiting her.

"You nervous?" he questioned, observing from her bedroom doorway while Veda cleaned up her stream setup. The house was quiet thanks to the leave of the rest of her family.

"It's just gonna be a lot of viewers once they realize you're here. Cool to think about, but it's also kinda like walking on eggshells."

Sapnap exhaled, walking over and observing her monitors for himself. "You'll be great. I mean, you can ask anyone—they'll tell you how much a natural you are."

"I think it's because it's easier to see my viewers as friends rather than fans. So when I make conversation with them, it's like just talking to a friend, you know?"

"That's why they like you so much."

She blushed, ruffling her hair and leaning into him.

"I hope so."

Veda separated from him, walking off downstairs to go into her backyard. It was rather small, but the hammock was nice to lay on on sunny days. It was chilly, but having a sweatshirt and joggers on was good enough for both of them.

"Nice hammock," Sapnap complimented, laying on it while Veda brushed the leaves off the other chairs. It had been some time since she had spent time in the area.

"Yeah, we don't come out here much. Especially when it's not as warm. But it's nice just laying in the breeze, hm?"

He gestured his arms up for her, and she shuffled over to meet them. Falling right into the slot of space beside him, his arm instinctively wrapped around her, drawing her head under his chin like a head rest.

Inner temperature rising against his touch, Veda's mind raced. A certain reoccurring question flooded her mind, but she ignored it; it would have to wait for another time. Then an idea popped up—a way to get an answer to the question.
