────────────────────EXHAUSTED, SAPNAP WAS WRAPPING UP HIS LATE NIGHT SPEEDRUNNING STREAM. Dream and Tommy were also in the voice channel, comforting the Texan in the desolate hours of the night.
"One of these days you'll be asleep, Tommy, and I'll get you back for waking me up that one time," Sapnap argued, fingers maneuvering rapidly over the keyboard.
"Yeah, yeah, in your dreams. Americans don't hold that much power; that's why me and George were the ones screaming at you anyway."
Dream then spoke up, "To be fair, it was on my stream. And I'm American. I had the power in the first place."
"That's not how math works. Did you fucking skip primary school or something?" Tommy bit back, practically hissing the words out.
"Primary school," Sapnap mocked, putting on an overdramatic British accent. "I think you mean elementary school, dipshit."
"Oh, wow, sorry I messed up your American lingo. God, I swear—"
Tommy sighed, cutting himself off as per usual, a ludic rage pouring out of him. Dream laughed a bit, then mumbled under his breath.
"Oh you little—" Sapnap raised his voice, miffed by the Iron Golem that had just succeeded in killing him.
Recently, his streams had just been trying to beat the game in under an hour. A simple task if given the right circumstances, but it would prove to show that without luck on his side, Sapnap was as good as dead.
"Should I even start a new world?" he questioned, rubbing his eyes and yawning. The stream's current screen—the homepage of Minecraft—paused where it was while Sapnap checked Discord.
"Uh...depends. I mean it's an hour behind there, but it's still late. If you're tired I'd say stop here," Dream responded.
Sapnap hummed, acknowledging his friend's remark.
"Yeah, it's early morning for me, I was just stopping by for a bit. I think I'll head out now," Tommy then said.
The boys said their goodbyes, leaving Dream and Sapnap. A ping from Discord drew his sight away from the Minecraft screen yet again, and he clicked to see his newest private messages.
An icon he didn't recognize as any of his friends had showed up. Was it a bot? Or a mod?
He exhaled heavily and unpaused the stream.
