Harry's POV

We got to Philadelphia this morning and we've already helped set up the arena. It's around 1800(6:00 pm) and Emma should be here any minute. She's coming straight from school and she's bringing Mollie along with her.

I'm currently laying on the couch in my dressing room with Lou. He's asleep, but I'm too excited to see Em. I mean yeah, I saw her a little over a week ago, but still. This will also be her first concert since she was ten. The first one she didn't care enough to remember since she was dragged along. I want her to experience an amazing show and I hope she has a good time. Now I'm overthinking, great.

There's a knock at the door before someone walks in. "You two better be decent or I swear to god," the familiar light voice chimes through the room. I look up to see Emma and Mollie with their hands covering their eyes. I slowly get up from the couch and pull their hands off their faces. She smiles before jumping into my arms as I catch her. "Hi," she whispers into my shoulder.

"Hi baby girl," I respond before putting her down. I turn to Mollie and hug her too. I turn to see Emma jump onto the couch where Louis is, successfully waking him up.

"What the fu- oh hey Em," he says bringing her into an embrace. She looks uncharacteristically happy if I'm being honest. I mean, of course, she's going to be happy to see us, but her smile doesn't meet her eyes. It's a fake smile, she says she's been doing well, but she's clearly been lying. I turn to Mollie giving her a 'what's up with her' look and she gives me a small smile.

"H, can you show me where I can... get good service? Yeah, I have to tell my parents we made it here safe," she asks, clearly making up an excuse on the spot. I know there's great service in here, but I don't bother to correct her. I lead her out of the room and down the hall a bit before turning to her.

"Is everything okay? Is she okay?" I ask frantically. She smiles sadly before giving me an explanation.

"I know this isn't my place to say, but someone else needs to know. Ever since her last hospital visit, she's been like this. It's not that you went back on tour, I'm sure of it. She's just... she's not taking the 'no exercise' thing well. I've caught her crying in the mirror and I'm worried to no end. Kyle's noticed it too," I feel my heart break at the information and nod slowly. She's beautiful, and she doesn't see that. Her POTS in itself makes her slightly underweight and thinner than average, yet she thinks that's going to change with no exercise. I sigh and run a hand down my face.

"Do you know if anyone has said anything to her, or is it's all mentally induced?" I ask. She thinks for a second before she shakes her head.

"No one has said anything, it's all her mind playing tricks on her," she affirms.

"Thank you for letting me know," I appreciate before leading us back to the dressing room.  When we enter the room we're met with Emma in the corner curled up in a ball, and Louis standing shellshocked.

I hastily make my way to the corner before asking what happened. Emma stays silent but glances up at me. Louis speaks up and I feel my heart break even more. "I accidentally tickled her and it led to a tickle fight. I tickled her stomach and she closed off and flinched away," he explains. I sigh before taking her into my arms. Mollie looks on more worried than before.

"Em, look at me please. Talk to me, what's wrong?" I ask softly and she obliges. It takes a second for her to speak up.

"Um... I'm fine, I'm just getting used to the whole 'no exercise thing'," she says, half truthful. I give her an 'I know that's not all' look and she sighs. She looks around the room and Lou and Mollie get the memo. Once they've exited the room she finally tells the full truth. "It sucks, and I feel like I'm getting bigger and bigger by the day. I mean yeah, I couldn't really exercise before, but I still got it into my routine. How am I supposed to be okay with gaining weight and not being able to do anything about it?" she rambles.
