Cooter is an adventurous and willing Mudwing who can do just about anything needed. He developed a bit of a serious and stubborn edge, but he's definitely determined. His official Bigwings doesn't like her position of power, so he fills that void by being quick-witted and letting his emotions and instincts guiding his decisions to make them quick. Basic necessities are on the top of his list, especially since he always seems to be hungry.

Cooter has his main scales a carob brown with mustard yellow highlight scales, horns, spines, and wing membranes. Speaking of his wing membranes, they have bubble wand patterns in black on them in so many directions. His eyes are also mustard yellow with triangles in the iris. The scales between their spine and main color are currant-red. Cooter's underbelly is mint green.
