Charlene's POV
"Good morning, wife" he said and poke my cheeks
"Good morning, hubby" I giggled and hugged him
"Still sleepy?" I nodded
"The police called me earlier" I looked at him confused
"What? Why?"
"Vaness was dead, she tried escaping and hostage a police. The police can't do anything but to shot her. She was rushed to the prison's hospital but reported dead on arrival" I can't believe she did it. She's that desperate to be free?
"Don't think of blaming yourself, it's her fault. She died because she wants to escape" I slowly nodded
"Come on, let's eat. We have to talk to Erika" I pouted
He looked at me confused, I sighed and get off of the bed
"What's with the sigh?" I shake my head and passed him
He grabbed my hand and pulled me close to him
"You still have this thing on Erika huh?" I sighed again and pouted
It's just, they both lied to me. I already forgave her but I still can't trust her
"Shh" he put his index finger in my lips before I could say anything
"She's my step sister" my eyes widened
"Come on, let's eat" he said and walked
"Step sister?" I asked myself, how on Earth? I'm still confused
"She's really your step sister?" tanong ko habang bumababa ng hagdan
"Yes, you silly"
"Wait, how?" I confusingly asked again
"You'll know later, you should eat first" I nodded
"Nay Feli, sabay ka na po sa'min" aya ko at tumingin kay Xyver, I'm looking at his expression. He just nodded on me
"Nako iha, mamaya na. Marami pa kaming kailangang gawin" saad niya at sinalinan ako ng tubig sa baso
"Sumabay ka na po sa 'min" saad ni Xyver kaya tinignan ako ni nay Feli na tinanguan ko
She slowly sat down beside me
"Can you call the maids?" tanong ni Xyver sa isa pa naming kasambahay
Ewan ko ba dito sa asawa kong 'to, napakadaming maids ang kinuha kahit dalawa lang naman kami dito sa bahay
"Day off niyo bukas lahat, just leave 1 guard outside for security. Me and my wife will stay here tomorrow" they all nodded and thanked him, I smiled while looking at him
We often sleep in my family's house and sometimes in his. We don't want to lose our closeness to each other's family
"Excuse me" I said and run towards the bathroom
"Are you okay?" he asked and held my hair
I nodded after vomiting, I don't know what's happening to me
"Did you take a pregnancy test?" tanong ni Nay Feli
I frowned and Xyver helped me got out of the bathroom and sat in a chair
"No, I'm n-not pregnant" I asked, I suddenly remember something
"I think you are wife. You're having a morning sickness, you don't want your favorite foods and you easily got tired and irritated" yes I am, I'm getting weirder for the past few days
