A/N I'm going to double update today since I probably won't have time during the weekend to update anything!!! I hope you guys are liking this story!!!

Angelique's POV
I step off the plane in the Vancouver airport and I look for my parents as soon as I get into the waiting area. "Angie!!!" I hear, I turn to the voice and see my mom and dad waving at me. I smile as I run over to them, as soon as I get close enough I drop all my bags and give them hugs. "I missed you guys so much" I tell them, "we missed you too hun" my mom tells me as she kisses my head softly followed by my dad. "Let's go your probably tired" my dad says taking my bags as we follow him to the car. "So who was that boy that was with you during the team picture?" my mom suddenly asks me turning to look at me in the car on the way home. I blush slightly, "um his name is Josh Morrissey, and we met during the tournament and he is possibly my boyfriend" I reply getting quieter and quieter as i answer. "So where is he from?" she asks, "his hometown is Calgary but he plays for the Kelowna Rockets in the WHL and he was drafted by the Winnipeg Jets" I explain still not looking at either of my parents. "When do we get to meet this boy that you are clearly very happy with" my mom adds, "I was planning on going to one of his games in a few weeks" I reply looking up at her with a huge smile on my face. "Aw my baby is growing up and finding love" she says happily, I cringe at the volume of her voice, "mom it's no big deal, i've had boyfriends before" I exclaim, "yeah but none that you were willing to travel for" she tells me.
We finally get home and I practically jump out of the car and sprint into the house to avoid anymore questions from my parents about Josh. As soon as I get to my room I shut the door, flop onto my bed and sigh happily. I look around my room and smile missing all the memories from this room. I take out my phone, sitting up on my bed, I open my camera roll and look at all the pictures I have with Josh from the past few weeks. My phone starts ringing in my hand and when Josh's name pops up I smile and answer.
A: Hey!
J: Hey Ange, how was your flight?
A: It was fine nothing special, how about you?
J: It was okay, but I miss you
A: I miss you too, but my mom already knows about you, she wouldn't stop asking questions about you on the way to my house
J: Wow, she's quick
A: Yep, well that's how she is and both my parents want to meet you so i'm taking them to the game in Kelowna in a few weeks, is that okay?
J: It's no problem, you can just text me after the game and i'll figure where we can meet
A: Okay, but I wish it was happening like this week, I can't wait to see you
J: I know Ange, I wish I could see you sooner, but I still have to get settled with my billet family and my new teammates
A: Yeah I know, well I should go unpack but i'll talk to you later
J: Bye Ange!
A: Bye Josh!
I hang up the phone with a huge smile on my face as I flop back down onto my bed and look at the ceiling happily. After a few seconds I realise that I actually should unpack so I get off of my bed and walk back down to the front foyer to get my bags. Once I get to my bags I grab them off the floor and go back up the stairs to my room. I start unpacking, as I take each piece of clothing I remeber the memories I had with some of the clothes. I grab my Team Canada jacket and smile hugging it as I remeber wearing it everyday to work. I get closer to the bottom of the bag and I see a piece of something red, so I grab the piece of clothing and I pull it out to see that it's a Team Canada jersey with Morrissey written on the back, I look at it confused, then I realise that Josh probably slipped it into my bag and I didn't notice. I see a piece of paper taped to the material,
SUPRISE!
I wanted to give you my gold medal game jersey so that you can have a piece of that game in your possession. I know you must think i'm crazy for giving you such an important thing, but i've realised that you are worth this and so much more. I am so glad that I met you that first day, I don't think the experience would've been the same without you there. Anyways, I can't wait to see you in a few weeks so that I can have you in my arms again.

Once I'm done reading my mouth drops in shock, a happy tear goes down my cheek as I put the note down and hold up the jersey to get a good look at it. I smile, bringing the jersey over my head and letting the material fall halfway down my thighs. I hop off my bed, walking over to my full body mirror, I twirl with a smile on my face. I bring my phone out and take a picture of myself in the jersey so that I can send it to Josh. Once I text him the picture, I sit back on my bed and keep unpacking my clothes.

I finish unpacking all of my things, as i'm about to leave my room my phone makes a noise. I take it out of my pocket and see that Josh replied to my text,
J: You look gorgeous like always :D
I smile at the text bushing a little. I send a quick reply before leaving my room to go to the dining room to eat some dinner with my family. We catch up and i'm asked about the whole tournament experience, I asked what I missed while I was gone. After eating and catching up I go to bed feeling exhausted from all the travelling.
