-The next morning-As I opened my eyes hesitantly, I felt the room go dark but then relight itself again. I felt the room spin and my head dizzily look around the room as if I were expecting something to change.
God what the fuck happened last night.
Then I remember Roger, that faint little memory I remember from last night. The only thing from last night I would never be able to forget.
Once it sank in, it broke me. It broke me more than I expected it to. I had finally given him a chance and he totally bombed it.
I sighed and took pain killers to keep my head from pounding every two seconds. Once I had, I decided I wanted to do something that would get my mind off him.
I took a sip of tea I had made for my headache and thought that I should go to the bakery, I haven't been there in ages and I think it would be a good distraction going to one of my favorite spots in London.
I made myself look somewhat presentable. I had on my sweatshirt, my jeans, my boots, and my hair up in a messy bun. I didn't really care what I looked like, I just wanted to get out. I had also put on my glasses, just to help with my eyes still being able not to focus well from the effects of the alcohol.
Once I had grabbed my purse, I was off. I had made my way to the bakery pretty excited. I was ready to have my favorite donuts I haven't had in forever.
As I stepped through the door, the fresh smell of donuts and coffee hit me in the face. It was a beautiful smell, something I longed for.
I went up to the counter, but once I had, it was a deep regret.
"Lucas?"
"I told you that you can call me Luke... Abby?"
We stood there in an awkward silence for a few moments before I spoke up the next word.
"You remember me?" We said in unison.
I nodded, but then he nodded.
"So how are things with you and your girlfriend?" I asked.
"Oh, we've broke up a while ago." He didn't seem phased by the question.
"Ah, sorry about that mate," I sighed.
"So what can I do for you?" He asked looking around the room.
"Mm, blueberry donut and-"
"A coffee." He cut me off.
"How did you-"
"Know? I remembered your order from the last time you came here," he slightly chuckled.
I smiled, even blushed a bit. I totally forgot about that day we had met in the bakery before.
"Here's that donut, but a coffee will be right out in a minute. Will you be late for school?" He asks.
"I go back on the 1st of February."
He nodded and smiled as he cupped my coffee and handed it to me.
"Say, would you maybe like to go on a date?" He asked.
I thought back to Roger, he broke me. I didn't need him, nor did I want him. He was like all the rest, especially like Andrew. I don't need men like that in my life.
"Sure," I smiled.
"I'll pick you up tonight at 7, sound good?"
I nodded and wrote my address down along with my number in case he wanted to call me. We said our goodbyes as I took my goodies home with me.
I smiled at the thought that I have a date tonight, that isn't the playboy Roger Taylor. I wondered what he's thinking about right now, he probably regrets it though. I couldn't care less about what he thinks about because he's just a no good womanizer who thinks he can try to get in my pants.

"Darling why didn't you tell me you had a date today??" Freddie exclaimed as I grabbed my purse.
"You never asked," I chuckled.
"Anyways, where are you and Roger going tonight?"
"The pub. Oh It's not R-"
There was a knock at the door. As I ran to go get it Freddie stood there confused as ever as I opened the door to reveal the tall brunette man standing at my door.
"Freddie this is Luke, Luke this is Freddie. Now let's go!" I exclaimed latching onto Luke's arm and closing the door behind us.
I looked back in the window and saw Freddie eye wided and jaw dropped as we made our way to Luke's car.
