Cassie's P.O.V

I get out of Uncle Hank's car as I thank him for the ride and I run to the door, quickly handing the man at the door my passes "You were almost late for your own panel" He chuckles. "Yeah, I know and I still might be if I can't find the room"

"Just look for the line of people holding Jacksepticeye merchandise... It'll be the door to the right of them"

"Okay, thank you" I smile.

Running though the hallways, my phone starts ringing. I pull it out of my pocket and see it was Uncle Hank so I answer...

(C) "Hey Uncle Hank"

(H) "Hey, I've been called into the station, you may need to find a ride tonight"

(C) "Okay... What happened?"

(H) "A murder, they want me to investigate"

(C) "Ooo exciting... Okay I'll see you tomorrow... If you're not at the diner I'll bring you lunch"

(H) "Yeah, super..."

(C) "I'm not a Psychopath... I promise... I just find that stuff interesting"

(H) "I know... Alright, I'll let you go"

(C) "Okay... Be careful Uncle Hank"

(H) "I will be"

*Beep*

Now, for those of you who are confused... Uncle Hank owns a diner AND is a Lieutenant at the local PD, he normally works at the diner but he's always on call. Just like today, if something happens and they need him, they call him...

Author's P.O.V

Cassie put her phone back in her pocket and looks back up but run into someone and falls to the ground

"Shoot" Cassie says to herself

"I am so sorry, I should have watched where I was going are you ok?" She hears a familiar voice say with a hint of panic

"Yeah, I'm okay, and don't worry about it I wasn't paying attention either" She say softly as she gets up

Looking up For the first time Bryan realized who he bumped into and he blushes deeply

"Are you okay?" Cassie ask and looks up realizing why his voice was so familiar 

"Holy cow" she says quietly and looks away to try and hide her blush

"Yeah, I am ok are you ok?" Bryan says softly the blush never leaving his face

"Y-yeah" Cassie smiles

Smiling he nods and rubs the back of his neck shyly "I-I am Bryan ,by the way he says softly" and holds his hand out for you to shake.

"I know" Cassie smiles and shakes his hand "I'm Cassie"

"Beautiful name" He says in his head or so he thought

"T-thank you" Cassie says softly, blushing deeply

"I said that out loud didnt I?" He blushes and covers his face

"Yeah you did" Cassie says biting her lip with a soft giggle

Chuckling softly Bryan looks down at Cassie and just stares at her eyes , not ever realizing he was doing it at first.

Smiling Cassie found herself doing the same until someone roughly shoves her into Bryan, with nothing but anger, as they walked past she recognizes him as her ex boyfriend. At this point she starts to panic slightly but she try not to let it show.

Seeing what happened, Bryan glares at the guy's back and looks back at Cassie and sees she is panicking slightly so he pulls her into a hug and rubs her back to help her calm down

"I'm so sorry" Cassie says quietly for no reason at all as she clings to Bryan's shirt taking in his comforting scent

"Its ok , that guy had no right to do that" Bryan says softly and pulls Cassie closer

Cassie nods and closes eyes eyes, only to hear a familiar Irish voice softly say "Bryan, we're gunna be late"

Turning around he saw Jack and smiled "Sorry Jack" he chuckles but doesnt let Cassie go

Cassie turns to face to the green haired man and smiles "I'm sorry... I'll let him go" She says softly and starts to let Bryan go

Tightening his grip, Bryan shakes his head and for some reason feels the need to be near Cassie

"I will be there soon Jack" He says softly

Jack nods and walks away

Seeing he had gone Cassie looks up at Bryan "We should go... It sounds like we both have a panel to get to" She says not really wanting to let go.

Sighing Bryan nods and kisses her cheek before slipping a piece of paper in her back pocket with his personal number and he walks away "Have fun at your panel" he calls and runs after Jack

"Thanks... you too" Cassie smiles

"Oh hey... I no longer have a place in England because I've been here "too long" so is it okay if I stay with you until I get another place?"

"Ya of course you know your always welcome"

"You didn't say that when your therapist told you, you needed someone to stay with you" Jack teases

"Oh shut up come on" he sighs mad pulls Jack to the panel.

"You get her name?" Jack asks, having just been around the corner

"Ya, her name is Cassie" Bryan swoons not realizing he said it like that

Jack chuckles and shakes his head "You enjoyed slipping that paper in her back pocket a little more than you should have" He teases

"Shut up" Bryan blushes and shoved him a little

"I'm just saying" Jack chuckles "She seems really sweet now let's hope she doesn't turn out like the others..."

"I dont think she will.... she seems genuine" Bryan smile

"You said that last time Bryan"

"I know but I dont know she feels different from them ... there was a guy that bumped into her purposely and she seems genuinely scared made me want murder his ass" Bryan mumbles

"Let's not do that... Just watch out for him and make sure she's not around him" Jack chuckles

"Kinda hard, I didn't get a good look at him though" he sighs

"Just watched her reaction when he's around and you'll get an idea of who it is"

Sighing Bryan nods

"And don't force her to talk about it"

"I wont I just... I want her to feel safe around me and trust me"

"And she will just ease into it... Start slow and for the love of God don't take this one home"

"I wont, like I said shes different" he smiles softly

"I hope you're right" Jack smiles, seeing how happy Bryan seemed having finally met Cassie.

"Me too"he smiles and walked Into the panel room

"Go up there and have fun and don't think about it" Jack smiles and pats his back

Sighing Bryan nods and walks up on stage.
