Feeling Better

Hey guys, sorry for the REALLY late update, I'm trying to get on a new schedule and still working on finishing school (it's a pain in my ass) and I need to get a job (fun) the updates will probably be later than what they used to be, as much as I'd love to be uploading one to two times a week, I don't see it happening too soon but I'm not gonna give up hope. I hope you guy's enjoy the chapter. I'll try to get the next one up soon.

The next morning Cassie woke up with her face nuzzled in Bryan's chest, she happily stays put and let's her body relax again and she starts to doze off again.

Bryan, who had been awake for a while smiles and tightens his grip on her and softly kisses her head. He then gently rubs her arms and sighs in relief feeling her skin was cool to the touch, indicating her fever broke in the middle of the night, they were also both soaked with sweat, and as much as he hated the feeling of being all sweaty he wanted to let Cassie sleep for as long as she possibly could and he wanted to hold her for as long as he could.

"This is nice" Cassie says softly having not gone back to sleep. "But can I go shower?"

Bryan chuckles softly and let's go "Yeah go on" He smiles.

Cassie gets up and walks to the stairs and stops. "Hey, why don't you come with me?"

Bryan goes to say something but his phone rings. "I'll join you in a bit" He smiles and answer the phone.

Cassie blushes and goes upstairs and gets everything ready.

(B) "Hello?"

(J) "Where the hell are you? Why haven't you answered me!? Are you okay!?"

(B) "Jack, calm down. I'm with Cassie, she was sick when I got here yesterday and I got busy trying to help her. I'm okay."

(J) "Is she feeling better?"

(B) "Yeah, W-She's getting ready to take a shower"

(J) "Uh huh..."

(B) "Shut up"

(J) "HA! You are going to shower with her then!!"

(B) "I never said that"

(J) "No but you started to"

(B) "I- Shit...."

(J) "Yeah... Well, don't keep her waiting... go join her"

(B) "What happened to take it slow?"

(J) "B, I was meaning don't take her to bed the first night you meet, get to know her first"

(B) "So... I can take her to bed now?"

(J) "Only with her consent but yeah... I don't see what it would hur- Why are you asking me, you're both adults"

(B) "I was just asking"

(J) "Go"

(B) "Okay okay"

(J) "Don't have too much fun"

(B) "Goodbye Jack"
*Beep*

Bryan chuckles as he sets his phone down and gets up and makes his way upstairs to the bathroom.

Seeing Cassie had already gotten in he strips and steps in behind her.

Cassie goes to cover herself with her arms but Bryan stops her. "Don't, you're beautiful" He says in her ear then kisses her cheek softly.

"T-thank you" She blushes deeply.
