i walk over to henry's castle in the sand where i see him sitting. i plop down next to him and we sit in silence

"do you know where my book is?" he asks "nope haven't seen it" i lied he sighs

"where did you get that necklace?" i hum in response and notice i was fidgeting with it "oh i just got it actually at mr.golds shop and i thought it looked cool" i explain he takes a closer look

"what is it?" "i think it's some sort of island" something clicks in henry's brain "neverland" he mumbled but i didn't catch it

"what did you say?" i ask,he shakes his head "nothing" i shrug.

i was about to tell him about the vision thingy when emma's yellow bug pulls up and she walks over to us

"you left this in my car" emma says holding out his book.henry furrows his brows "i didn't-"

i clear my throat slightly and he looks at me and i send him a wink,he smiles brightly at me.

he takes the book from emma and we once again sit in silence "still hasn't moved huh?" emma breaks it,looking at the clock tower

"i was hoping that when i brought you back,things would change here...then the final battle would begin" henry said sadly

"i'm not fighting any battles kid" emma replied

"yes you are,it's your destiny,you're the one who's going to bring back the happy endings" he argues

emma getting irritated,sighs "can you cut it out with the book crap?"

"you don't have to be hostile,i know you like me,your just pushing me away because i make you feel guilty.its okay,i know why you gave me away,you wanted to give me my best chance"

"how do you know about that?" she questions "because it's the same reason snow white gave you away"

i roll my eyes slightly 'way to ruin a moment henry'

"listen to me kid i'm not in any book,i'm a real person,and i'm no savior. you were right about one thing though, i wanted to give you your best chance...but it's not with me. come on let's go"

i sigh and get up "alright emma how about you just stay one week with henry" i say starting to feel bad

"just stay,with us for one week,that's all we ask,one week and then you'll see i'm not crazy" henry adds

"i have to get you home to your mom" she said completely ignoring us

"you don't know what it's like with her. my life sucks" henry said exasperated

"oh you wanna know what sucking is? being abandoned on the side of a freeway.my parents didn't even bother to drop me off at a hospital.i ended up in the foster care system and i had a family until i was three,but then they had their own so they sent me back! look your mom is trying her best,i know it's hard and i know sometimes you don't think she loves you but at least she wants you"

emma was on the verge of tears, her voice wavering in the middle of her sentence. i felt my eyes sting too

'no! you will not cry,you are not weak you don't know your parents or even if they're alive,you can't even remember the last time you cried snap out if it'

henry shakes his head
"your parents didn't leave you on the side of the freeway,that's just where you came through"

"what?" me and emma ask simultaneously

"the wardrobe,when you came through the wardrobe you appeared in the street.your parents were trying to save you from the curse"

"sure they were,come on henry and avery" and we're off to regina's

i was sitting near my bay window at reginas when i glanced up at the same time i happened to see the clock hand moved

i jump up and open my door and apparently we had the same idea because i crashed into henry

"did you see it?!" we both ask then laugh

"yeah i saw it" i smile slightly

"8:16"he says and i nod

"don't you get it? she's changing things emma's breaking the curse!"he basically shouts i playfully roll my eyes at him and he returns the favor

"i'll get you to believe one day" "i'm sure you will henry" i say slightly sarcastically and he shakes his head and walks back to his room.

i sigh and sit back on my bed examining the necklace once again but it's different,this time there's this green dot on it,i try to rub it off but that's when i notice it's not on it but in it 'weird' i thought but shrug it off and look back at the clock
