the tears didn't stop even after we got onto the ship,regina slowly pressed henrys heart into his chest 

"henry?" emma asked softly "are we too late?" she asked worriedly 

"henry? honey!" regina shook him a bit and his eyes flew open,gasping for breathe as we all sighed in relief

 "woah,woah take it easy buddy" neal said as henry sat up 

"i'm sorry,i wanted to save magic,i-i wanted to be a hero" he apologized

 "there's plenty of time for that" david assured

 "but now its time to rest" mary margaret smiled

 "welcome back young sir" if it was different timing, i would have laughed at my dad's formality "only the best for our guest of honor,don't you think? captains quarters" 

"come on,i'll tuck you in" nina smiled as her and emma helped him stand up 

"where's bailey?" he asked,looking around, i cleared my throat as i walked up to him,he spun around and engulfed me in a hug "i'm so sorry,i just wanted to help" 

i gave him a slightly fake smile "as long as you're safe,everything's fine" i ruffled his hair before walking over to the side of the ship and looking out into the  water,i felt henrys eyes bore into me as footsteps approached me from behind

 "how're you holding up?''

 "is that even a question? i feel like shit" i snapped before sighing "i'm sorry..."

 "don't apologize,you know you can talk to me" my father brought me into a side hug 

"there's nothing to talk about" i dismissed

 "bailey-" 

"can we just not talk about it right now?" i asked before walking away,i looked up towards the sky and grinned slightly,descending up the pole near the sail in the sky and sitting down,watching as neverland got smaller then farther we got and i watched as they trapped peters shadow in the sail to get us home to storybrooke,the boat flew up but plopped right back down into the water

 "whats wrong?" emma asked

 "emma!" i called out and she looked up "the boat might be too heavy for the shadow to carry" 

she frowned "now what?" she asked, i thought for a moment before it hit me 

'shadow' 

i stood up quickly on the wooden beam and pressed my pointer finger and thumb pads together before pressing them in my mouth and blowing, my whistle echoed out across the water as we waited in silence,i heard the whistle being echoed back before we saw my shadow flying towards us 

"help us get home?" i ask and it nodded,flying towards the sail and morphing into it, and slowly the ship lifted off the sea 

"great job avery!" emma shouted and i nodded,then an idea formed as i started pounding against the wooden pole slightly,everyone looking up at me in the air,curious on what i was doing 

''there once was a ship that put to sea,the name of the ship was the billy of tea,the winds blew up her bow dipped down oh blow my bull boys blow"

my father and i made eye contact as he gave me a mischievous grin,joining in

''soon may the wellerman come to bring us sugar and tea and rum''

i laughed as my father winked at me and i slid down the pole back on the ships deck and was surprised when neal joined in on the song with my father and i
