i groan as my alarm clock went off,i throw off the covers still in my pajamas and tiredly walk down the stairs,smelling emma's cooking

 "did you set my alarm clock early?" i asked her

 "well good morning to you too avery,and yes i did,i wanted you to eat before school since you always grab a breakfast bar and rush out the door" 

"thanks mom" i smiled at her 

"of course kid" she turned back to the eggs

 "hey hen" i smiled at him as he sat down at the table me following

 "hey avery,you gonna help me finally beat this level on my video games?" he asked

 "you mean the one where you said you we're stuck on?" i asked him and he nodded "yeah sure i'll help you" 

he fist bumped the air and i laughed slightly,emma slid us our eggs,pancakes,and hot cocoa

 "uh mom you forgot something" we said,looking at our bare hot chocolates

 "right,cinnamon and peppermint sprinkles" we all three cheers after me and henry put our toppings on,right as we were about to dig in, a very loud knocking was heard at the door

 "some one coming over?" henry asked

 "no" emma said,the knocking came again but louder

 "henry,avery,wait here" she said and stood up,but i stopped her

 "hey,you eat,i'll get it" i assured and she sat back down,i walked over to the door and opened it to see...i don't know what the hell this was,there was a man,dressed in black with a leather coat and a hook for a hand,and a boy,who looked around my age,dressed in green,the older guy looking quite angry and uncomfortable standing next to the other boy,i looked between the two several times 

'peter pan? they do know halloween's far away right?' 

"can i help you?" i asked and they both look taken back when i spoke 

"uh-we,do you know who emma swan is?" the man asked and this time i was taken back,he had an english accent 

"uhh..." i trailed off and peeked on the other side of the door and looked towards the table where emma and henry were looking at me expectantly,i turned back to the door "yes?" i say confused 

"could you get her for a moment please?" the same guy asked,and made a disgusted face and made a distaste full noise in the back of his throat as he looked at my outfit,it was official i was definitely creeped out 

"sure thing" i said awkwardly and went to get emma,but not before i took a glance at the boy who was already looking at me,seeming to be in a trance,i shook my head as i swore i heard the man say 'out of all the colors why pink?' 

i sat back down at the table "they're here for you" i tell her,she gives me a confused look before getting up and walking towards the door 

"who was it?" henry immediately asked "just some guy dressed as a pirate,and a boy dressed in green,if it was halloween they would have nailed the peter pan concept down,i mean the guy even had an actual metal hook for a hand" i tell him 

before he could respond we heard the door slam shut "who was that" henry asked again

 "no idea" she responded "someone must have left the door open downstairs,come on lets eat" she sat back down.

"remember,you already have two kids,so don't have sex " i tell her as she gets ready in her room,henry was down stairs
