"I trusted you, Nate!"

"Who's fault is that?" His words sounded like a lie that he was trying to bond me to but instead bound himself to instead.

"You... you... Nathaniel, take back those word you said and get this woman out of this house before I kill her!" When he heard my voice break, a glimpse of him is what I saw but it is gone, like it never existed.

"Alyone, please leave my house." He is talking in his business voice, cold and emotionless, no movement in his eyebrows or his eyelids.

"Nathaniel, your daughters?" If not for me, for the kids

"I want custody of them but we are done." A wink? A note? A sign? Something because there is no way he is deserting me now.

"I loved you once but that time is over, see you at the gala."

"Ryan, I need a ride." This is not Nate and I am going to get to the bottom of it all.

"Nathaniel Goncharov, I want to know everything, from the second his parents saw each other, until now." They all scurry out of the room besides Ryan.

"What happened?" he asks concerned for myself, the kids and Nate

"After the doctor's appointment, he got a phone call and he said we need to leave and when we get home, sorry his house, this strange woman walks in claiming to be his wife and I am confused because honey, I am the mother of his children. We got into a screaming match and he said "I loved you once" once! He loves me to this day, he looked at those twins on the monitor and said that I made him the happiest man alive and now he loved me once."

"We will find anything that needs to be found. Twins?-" I nod, two girls. "-We are always here. Come on let's go."

"Josh, we need to talk, please come to my office."

"May, send a meeting request to Gladius." He hangs up, but he will be here.

Soon after, he walks in, the sleep deprivation can be seen and the alcohol can be smelt.

"You called me?"

"Why is she blackmailing you?-" Nothing "-So you are going to stand there and lie to my face?"

"May, we are over. get that through your thick skull!"

"Nate, I am the mother of your unborn twins and you looked at me and said 'I love you, always.' I am not going to sit here while you are being blackmailed!"

"Is money what you are looking for?" the nerve of this man

"I... why would I ever need your money?" he writes something on the paper and hands it to me

"This should be enough, cash it before Friday and never talk to me ever again." he walks out, leaving me with a paper and a ton of questions no one can answer.

It is the night of the gala and Nate and I are expected to make a speech together and I can barely fit into my shoes, let alone worry about a grown ass man. Everyone has been walking on eggshells around me as I have been moody and I tend to lash out on the people around me. Ryan was looking for something on his 'wife' and that lead us nowhere but then Nate gave us a huge clue, Heilda Morriti, Ryan and Dylan have been out trying to find us a hint, clue or just something to get my baby daddy back to me.

"We are not leaving here until Ryan is back, they will wait for me as long as I have to wait. Someone call my parents!" aunt Dahya walks in, she has been an amazing source of infomation and wisdom. "Aunt Dahya, how have you been?"
